Bought a wav from Pickering's recently, from sorting out the finance to the delivery of the vehicle it was trouble free, unfortunately the van wasn't suitable, after a day, and contacted Pickering's and they asked me to bring it back for a larger roofed vehicle, they took the time out to make sure i had the right van at the right price, a Volkswagen T30, they PDI'd the new van did the phone calling to make sure all the paperwork was in order, went above and beyond and I left in the new van for my 100 mile drive home, van is excellent the service also equaled this. They will have my custom from now on and the staff were polite and very helpful, I can now take my wife out in her wheelchair, which was impossible before this.

We bought a used wav from Pickering nearly 2 years ago, at the time we were very pleased with the service. This year we decided to go back to motability and have a large estate car with a hoist. When I knew the car had been built I phoned Pickering to see if they would buy the wav back. They said they would and I have kept in touch with them to let them know when our new vehicle would arrive. Today they have collected the vehicle, travelling from Blackpool to North Wales to collect it. Less than 2 hours later the agreed money was in our account. I have been very pleased with the service, contact with Andy and the price offered for the vehicle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a used wheelchair accessible vehicle.

So far so good, the van is driving fine and doing its job very well. We have got quite a good use out of the van up to now and it hasn't put a foot wrong so we are super impressed. Both the guys were a pleasure to deal with, I can't say a bad thing about them!

It was a quick and easy sale buying from Andy, there was no messing about or unnecessary delays, just straight to the point, boom, sold. The Van itself has been great upto now, the rear shocks seem to be a bit low, but apart form that it drives a dream and is getting us about very well.
