They were very efficient and made the whole process effortless, they had excellent communication and they always kept me update on things. When I went to collect my car from them the team were really helpful and answered any of my questions and the car was presented to me in pristine condition. From start to finish Rob was very honest. It was the second time that I had used Pines Cars Of Wickham, we have bought a van on both occasions. Both vans are used for work and they are highly reliable. They both do the job and I am over the moon with them. Rob is a great guy who is really easy going and very fair when trading. I got a great price for my part ex on both occasions and he sells his motors at a very good price. Rob is reasonable, trustworthy and very honest and is what you want in a car dealer!

I am very very pleased with the Fiat Ducado. The van is brilliant and just as expected. I had a great time dealing with the chaps down at the dealership, they were ever so friendly and very welcoming. These guys are super easy to deal with and they make it a very quick, easy and smooth process.

My van is brilliant and I consider myself very lucky to find it! Due to it being for work I need something I can rely on and I got just that. When I first approached Pines it looked to be a very unassuming lot and I wasn’t too sure what to expect but the experience that Rob gave us was absolutely incredible! He single handily made it a five star experience and I don’t say that just for the sake of it. I have visited other dealers and have easily been put off by bad attitudes or a poor approach. Rob couldn’t have been more opposite to that, he bent over backwards for me. Even when I had made a mistake with the payment he helped me out and gave me a lift to the bank so I didn’t have to do another unnecessary journey home. He was proactive throughout the sale and I would absolutely return. I am already keeping my out for the cars they have coming in because I would like to help my sister get a car from Rob too.

I bought a Vivaro from Pines because we needed a bigger vehicle having two dogs and only a little two seater car. The van has been great so far and serving its purpose very well. In the future we are actually hoping to do a little conversion in the back of the Vivaro so we will be able to go camping in it too! Rob was absolutely amazing to deal with, from the get go it was quick and easy to get the viewing booked. When I arrived he gave me a lift over to the MOT site to view the Vivaro. I felt like Rob really went out of his way for me and I would happily rate five stars,
