Since the initial problems with my M8 were rectified the car has been spot on. Rob was happy and willing to assist when it was needed and I can't knock the service he provided to me.

Just wanted to drop a couple of lines to say thank you to Rob at Pines. He sorted me out with a cracking Vivaro and I have had no problems with it what so ever! Rob himself was a pleasure to deal with - a really helpful and friendly guy.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very professional and helpful. I trust them and if I ever had a requirement in the future I would work with them again.

I am happy with my buy from Pines Cars and the fella that dealt with everything came across nicely. There was some confusion with the taxation which did lead me traveling back from them from Portsmouth which was a bit of journey for me. But on the whole I am really pleased the Van it drives well and suits just what I need it to do.

Taking my overall experience into consideration I would most definately use Pines Cars again. The lads looked after me very well and were easy to talk to. I was able to take some time with the Vito before moving forward with the purchase. I have owned the Vito for the best part of a month now and I have found no hidden gremlins with it what so ever, it is spot on.

I bought a Vivaro from Pines earlier this month and if I am being honest the van is absolutely perfect! I have had no problems with it what so ever! The guys here were also great to deal with, no pressure and happy to answer all my questions!

I bought a used car from Pines and all seemed fine. There appears nothing wrong with the car and Rob was friendly and amenable. I didn't even haggle as I was happy with the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not receive my logbook (and I had pre-booked private plates, which I still have not been able to use 2 months later!) I asked Rob if the correct slip had been sent and he 'thought' it had. I asked him to post me the current V5 document, but it never materialised. I am now going to have to spend £25 for a new V5C (V62). I am not impressed with the aftercare and glad I did not buy a warranty. The car itself is very nice, however, so if buying from Pines, just make sure all the i's are dotted, etc., before sealing the deal.
