Bought 2 cars in the space of 12 months and both had multiple problems. Booked them in for repair 2 weeks in advance and on at least 3 occasions the cars sat for 2 days without being looked at and all I was told was "Were really busy". I would seriously avoid them at all costs.

As usual a great service from Pitstop, we’ve had a few cars from them over the years and I bought my Evoque in 2020 from them and they’ve looked after it ever since, and believe me I’m fussy who touches my car. Excellent service from a very friendly crew.

We bought our Renault Captur at Pitstop garage, Aberdeen. The price was good and we managed to negotiate a good deal. Something you dont get with the big dealers. There was no parcel shelf but true to his word Stewart sourced one and sent it down to us. We had a 6 month warranty which we had to use and were a bit concerned as we lived 100 miles away. Stewart was true to his word and agreed to meet the cost of the repair. We have no hesitation in recommending this garage and will certainly use them again. Great, first class service.

Car went in with one thing needing sorting was in over a month, no calls to tell us what was happening, we was ringing them and got excuse after excuse one was the guy was away on holiday, then they couldn’t get the part then they said they’re waiting on a part, very frustrating

Bought a car from them last summer which came with 6 month warranty. Halfway through the warranty the engine died and need to be replace. They took over a month for the work to be done, and after that I constantly had problems with it. Took the car back to them 3 times to fix a coolant leak and is still not sorted. Can't tell if it is the mechanics are bad at their job or if they just didn't wanted to do a good job since it was still in warranty. The people there are indeed nice but the quality of services lacks. Either way do not recommend this place and I will certainly never go back to do business with them

After buying my first car at Pitstop Aberdeen, I return there every year to get the MOT done. The service is always friendly and if an issue arises (such as the tires need changed), it's always fixed at a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough

Bought car from Pitstop Aberdeen ever since that my car has been getting repaired just patched up work they done to sell it and now it has cost me more that what is was worth all round terrible service very rude to me also when i spoke to them about it and said id have to pay but there rip you off 100% i went to another garage the charged me nearly half the price and was more friendly actually felt like they was willing to help mentioned it to them that i bought the car from pitstop they LAUGHED and said there a joke so that says it all just be aware if you do decide to purchase from there
