Players cars are a company out to rip people off they don’t own the cars they get the cars in on a finance and use that finance to gage them selves on how much they’ll charge u and add another 2,000 on top for the sponging gits I worked there for about 6 month and then they blow me off after selling me a car and then sacking me knowing I’d be unable to pay the fees although on top of this didnt pay my taxes due to being the company that they are I am waiting for the tax man to catch up with me as I have my proof against this company so that is a nice relief and just thought I’d say players the car is still in my hands and i have made sure everyone I know will not use your company u are a load of scammers your time will come I’ve been on the inside I’ve see the things u do the wages wank the extra prices u add to the cars all for a company that claim to be like a designer brand just for cars the cars u sell always have issues and u expect to have no come back to u have fun people will turn things around on u people

I have never experienced such a stressful experience purchasing a car, which broke down one week later- shocking after experience, the manager refused to return my calls and very dismissive of the issues and experience I had gone through. A whole catalogue of errors by players cars made things worse! Stay clear....they are unreliable, con artists

Saw and Audi S3 advertised on Autotrader and on their website for £12,750, enquired and asked if this was the correct price which I was told it was. Asked for a part exchange price for my vehicle and the S3 went up to £16,549 absolute set of jokers and dreamers, avoid Players Cars!!!!

Having arranged a car through Players cars which all seemed fine, problem after problem then occurred. The customer service and emailed responses from that point become laughable. One problem, having gone through the drive thru car wash, the car leaked buckets of water through the boot. Having looked in to this, this was down to a bent frame and broken seal on the car. This has caused interior damage. Response, you were shown round the car at the point of sale and this wasn't there. You have obviously done this. Has anyone ever been shown all the seals, under the seals and the car framework? Classic used car salesmen and a group of Liars. Wouldn't recommend Players cars if you want the right car and a service to go with it. Calling your customers liars and making sweeping accusations whilst doing that is not good customer service.

Wouldnt recommended Players Cars. From my experience all they really want is for you to sign the paperwork. After that is done do not expect any proper aftercare Customer service isn't the best and I regret making my purchase with them

Recently bought a Land rover through Players Cars and the service was great. The staff were really friendly and delivered my car on time as agreed.

Saw the car i wanted in stock took my old one in part exchange and Players Cars delivered to my door.

Complete rip off they actually get you in trouble as they don’t sort out your legal documents but fob you off with excuses. stay clear of players cars.

You may as well buy the car direct. Players Cars in Altoft basically charge a fee of around £2000 to set up finance when you could do this yourself. They also do not have any cars, they simply source them on Autotrader which anyone can do! Aftercare terrible.
