Very questionable 'reasonable care and skill' My vehicle,S-max, apparently had new rear discs and pads fitted late January 24 by Bradford Trust Ford. ....by early May 24 and just 4k miles later one set of pads on the rear offside was completely worn out and was damaging the new disc!! Whilst the near side set has 8mm on both pads. FORD Trust motors were not interested in looking at the vehicle for 3 weeks, so I took the vehicle to another garage. The new garage reported the calliper was fine and was without any issue.....and that the new disc was not blued at all but had been scored and damaged by completely worn out pads....and their only suggestion was that Trust Ford had perhaps actually forgotten to replace the pads on this wheel. Both pads on this wheel were at 1mm to zero. Bradford Trust Ford motors said it was impossible for their mechanics to make such a mistake, insisting the fault was obviously caused by a sticky calliper..... and as such was completely out of their control and they offered no polite sympathy or resolution. They were simply not interested and denied any and all responsibility. But surely with so much wear, down to zero, on the pad in just 4 months, this would have blued the disc....and why fit new discs and pads if there was a faulty calliper in the first place. I expected reasonable care and skill and better customer service, and it looks like this was not delivered at all. Date of experience: 14 May 2024

I drove all the way from London to collect a vehicle from here based on the excellent service and information received on a vehicle. The salesman Paul is exceptional at what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure i was completely happy with everything! He even spent time setting me up on the new vehicle. I am so happy that I purchased my car from here and to feel so looked after - even after the sale! I would highly recommend this dealer thanks for making me such a happy woman!
Took my car in for the tyre to be looked at. Aisha at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I picked it up the problem was fixed and also the car had been cleaned and vacuumed inside, which was a lovely touch. Also received a follow up call the next day. Excellent service I would highly recommend.
After the company i work for purchased 2 ford rangers, one developed an injector fault after 300 miles. This was replaced by a mobile mechanic on site. the following week engine management light on again booked in at Trust ford Bradford who diagnosed the DPF filter, was advised 5 weeks for the part to arrive. No replacement vehicle offered for nearly 2 weeks and when one was they wanted credit card details and only one driver even though this is a company vehicle. the vehicle came back and ha been fin until the week before Christmas, booked in again at Trust Ford Bradford for the 06th January 2022,(today). I was advised that this would be looked at and they would get back to me by 16.00 at 15.45 i contacted them to be informed the vehicle hadn't been touched and they would get round to it tomorrow however I will make you aware it probably will run into Monday, we have only one diagnostic technician due to covid. This place is an absolute joke of a dealership. find a dealer that will actually look at you vehicle and not fob you off with excuses.

I bought a Fiesta on PCP and paid a good deposit and have been regularly paying to Back horse finance for eight months . Today I took my car to sell and clear finance as I was buying another newer car without finance . However imagine my shock to be told I was not the second keeper but the first and it was registered in April 2020 . I actually took ownership of the car on 26th October 2020 , so with no V5 and this registered keeper anomaly I could not proceed with the sale . I called Trustford immediately to clear up the issue and they agreed to buy the car back . I am concerned as to the legalities if I had been given a document producer given I was not the registered keeper . Not what I expect from a trusted dealer . Not sure I would do business again with this company .

Bought a Ford Kuga in November 2019 found out car had rear accident damage rear boot lid out of line bumper pop riveted on a total mess took the car back and got fobbed of ,18 phone calls to the dealer again fobbed of nobody hear to help you was told ,asked for my money back paid £15000 ,and my part exchange back ,was told already sold it mate ,said they were prepared to repair it ,Ive only had 3 days . it went on and on .now still got it 7 mths later and my solicitors say it could take anther 12mths to get a result from the courts as trustford have ignored and wont answer there letters. trust ford are not to be trusted and be ashamed of selling a accident damaged car, you should sta=y away there not to be trusted
Want every little penny out of you even though the cars under warranty. 100% avoid TrustFord in Bradford.
Today when I went to this location, I was looking for a part. I made sure to ask before they even touched the car, can you check to see if the part is under warranty first. They insisted on a diagnosis of the vehicle check. I told them exactly what the problem was but they refused to listen. After they had completed the test, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me, but still wanted £102 for hooking up a machine and telling me that nothing other than what I already told them was wrong with the car. I'll be contacting trading standards about this as it was not right and a waste of money.

TrustFord Bradford is the worst dealership I have ever used my car was in for 6 weeks collection day was delayed until tomorrow at 10 am, phone call to say 12 o’clock. Left waiting in showroom for over 1 hour feeling uncomfortable and little contact. After 1 hour omg what a disappointing experience the car was far from finished. What a waste of a day and omg how many complaints. I wish I’d read the reviews.

Took my car to Trust Ford Bradford for a Safety Recall for the Clutch Slip Detection Software. As soon as I arrived I was informed the car would be receiving a visual health check as well. After an hour I was shown the health check form which contained some eye watering recommendations. Of particular interest to me was an offer to replace the key battery for £21.95. Two points to raise here (1) When I originally bought the car from TrustFord they informed me that this was normally carried out free of charge. (2) Only two weeks previously I had bought a pack of 8 cell batteries for £1 and changed the battery myself in 10 minutes. In other words the offer was to replace the battery and the cost would be 176 times more expensive that it had cost me. I think these figures speak for themselves. I will not mention the quote to replace the front pads and discs. Staff were OK but the Safety Recall was never mentioned again. I think the Senior Management should consider very carefully whether TrustFord is an appropriate name for the company after the blatant profiteering scam offered to me.
