My father bought a car from nissian garage I won't not recommend any one to buy a car from here my dad is 89 is car was 6000 he was supposed to have got it mot serviced valted there is no mot on the vehicle hardly as mot run out on 15 12 2024 the car was paid on 26 11 2024 picked up on 4 December no mot was done on this vehicle saying give 12 months not the case my dad is vulnerable the car was used for a taxi wasn't told this buy the seller 9 owners when said not many owners liars went back to garage wasn't interested very bad customer services wouldn't give him a price on how much have back told him to go to I buy any car no wonder nor interested to buy it back engine warning light on front brake crowed underneath damage rip off only gave him 1800 on is put on fore court 4495 completely robbing customers left right centre go to another garage out to get what they can money to money

If you take your car for warranty repairs don’t be surprised if your tracker device informs you that you car has been moved offsite to a back street garage for repairs ( caught with pants down) Car returned badly scratched and dented. Avoid them at all costs Head of Nissan-complaints -pointless. By a Ford instead !!! Do not use this garage
Well, where do I even begin with this shining example of automotive excellence? Let's start with the impeccable warranty terms - a whopping three months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. Because, you know, they're just so confident in their vehicles' longevity. And don't even get me started on their innovative solution to surpassing that limit by tampering with the vehicle's mileage on the paper work. It's like they're playing 4D chess while the rest of us are stuck in the 1980s. But fear not, because within a mere month of ownership, your car will probably transform into a real-life Pandora's box of mechanical mysteries, just waiting to be unlocked one expensive repair bill at a time. So if you enjoy the thrill of never knowing what automotive calamity awaits you around the corner, this is the dealership for you. Steer well clear! preferably in a vehicle from literally anywhere else scrap yard, cut and shut or just stolen, as you’re most likely have less issues.

SHOCKING IS ALL I CAN SAY, We orderd a part on Thusrday 03/12/23 and told it would be in Saturday, so went to collect it this Monday 5/12/23. The part was not orderd and was told by the adviser that never took our call.... that we had not orderd it on 2 occasions in conversation. I was angry that the part was not orderd but then to be told we did't order it well...... look at all the reviews for this garage just SHOCKING.....We will nvere use again.

I'm amazed at how Polesworth Garage monumentally fail regarding customer service. Do they even check their reviews? Is any action taken? Having purchased a vehicle from them, it was agreed that the timing belts were to be replaced so would require booking back in at their service centre. After dropping the car with them and explaining to the service receptionist a fault had developed in the instrument cluster, I was assured they would be straight on it. After a full week of no contact, I called the service centre to be told my car had not even been looked at. I was given shirty responses.to my questions and excuses that as someone in the motor trade, were totally implausible. A further week of waiting and no phone call resulted in my calling again to be more attitude and it was clear the service department couldn't care less. In short, the car was returned to me after a MONTH. Totally unacceptable for what should have been a simple job. Even the driver returning my vehicle gave me attitude, complaining in an unprofessional manner about the 'f**cking roads' where I live. There was no follow up..., No phone call to check everything was satisfactory..... No sweeteners..... Nothing. Just empty assurances that my complaint has been escalated to the MD who must be hiding in the same place as the Service Manager, as neither have made contact. Such a shame that simple communications and better attitude would have made so much difference.

Bought a newish s/h car, they messed it up during the service AND DIDNT NOTICE. Tried to use s/h parts, messed it up. Sat on their arses for over a month, until I threatened to reject the car, 2 months into the saga. Communications were non-existent, and what answers I DID get contradict each other. They did provide a brand-new car for me to drive during this FOUR MONTH saga.

Wanted a car with 2 days mot but we were told couldn't have it till they do a service and mot and have to pay for AA cover and had to collect in a week. They didn't listen to what we wanted. The sales man had to keep going to college for answers. Next day bought a car lot cheaper and newer with no hassle. Wouldn't recommend them
I've just taken delivery of my 3rd Nissan Juke this time from Polesworth Garage. James Gibbs the sales executive we dealt with was extremely helpful in helping us to decide which model and spec to have as we couldn't decide whether to go automatic or stay with manual gears .In the end we opted for a juke Kiiro special edition manual with delivery miles only .We are very pleased with our purchase and like to thank James for his patience and understanding, we are delighted with our new car

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Navara in December 2019. I have bought six vehicles from this dealership, three of them new, in the past. service was good. I was informed by the salesman that the vehicle had a full service history, this was not present with the vehicle. They are now scratching around to collate this information, blaming previous owner for not cooperating. This should have been authenticated before vehicle was sold, on collection the MOT was not available this was sent in the post after chasing them up. I have spoken with a manager, who stated the salesman was not in the country and my concerns would be actioned on his return, he didn't take on board the length of time already taken. I'm not really sure what relevance holidays have! Two months on I still not received this information. Not all pre- delivery jobs were completed as requested. The vehicle has now developed a fault, I was informed the service department would contact me, this was two days ago. Generally poor service and misrepresentation. Very disappointing.
