This man sells broken cars and taken no responsibility he’s just a liar buying cop art cars sitting in a chair and selling those cars for good ones first of all in the photos he photoshop them so you go so I’ve driven 4 hours to go and see the car and the interrupt was all tornado and plastics broken boot plastic falling down after 3 months of owning this car I took to the Range Rover just to make a full service for my pleasure until I found out that the car had one coil non functioning I saw since a bought the car that the power wasn’t there and also the engine was sounding loud but I thought it was me and not the cars problem as that man secured me that everything is fine with the car as it has his wife’s family car a typical hypocrite looking at my wife up and down as he has never seen a woman in his life . Now I have to replace the engine at a cost of 14000£ after the purchase of 34000£ just 3 months ago now he has blocked both my. Numbers and takes no responsibility avoid at any cost

I understand your concern about the engine problem, but we did speak to the Land Rover dealer who advised you on your engine problem. They clearly stated the car had been driven with low oil level & had never been topped up since purchase. You covered nearly 6,000 miles in this car & didn’t once maintain the oil level. Land Rover recommend checking weekly & topping up as necessary… This was the cause of your engine fault, poor maintenance by owner, which was confirmed by your Land Rover dealer… Therefore as we advised you we were unable to assist
Recently bought a vehicle on line that Polo Motor Company was selling. From enquiry to the vehicle being delivered over 300 miles away from the garage went smoothly and without any hitches. Liam bent over backwards to help in anyway he could and was very polite and kept me updated on all aspects of the sale including the extended guarantee. When the vehicle was delivered there were no problems. Their description of the vehicle on their website was what I received. I am well and truly pleased with my purchase and wish to thank Liam and Polo for everything and I would highly recommend them. Previous to this purchase I had a bad experience with a garage purchasing a car long distance but with Polo I can honestly say they have renewed my faith in long distance car purchases and car salesmen !!!

After purchasing a car from this dealer. They insulted me, called me a liar and told me i should have known about the faults and modifications with the car before i drove it away. The car was not as described and yet its all my fault. My advice is stay away, pay the extra and go to a main dealer as inwas told to by this dealer. If i treated clients like this i wouldnt be in business.

Sir, this is another review on behalf of the buyer who failed to maintain their Land Rover & drove it for 1,000 miles low on oil causing an engine fault. This was confirmed by your local Land Rover dealer & after 6,000 miles driving since purchase we advised you we could not help due to poor self maintenance

The first day we drove the car back from Polo Motor Company we broke down and had to call out the AA. Took it to our local garage to run a diagnostics test that revealed ECU fault. Paul said we’d need to bring it to him to get fixed as per the warranty. These things can’t be helped. But after taking the car to him first thing in the morning and not hearing back all day, we called for an update. The car had only gone to the garage that afternoon. He then rudely told me on the phone the next day that my garage were liars as it wasn’t an ECU fault. Fast forward two days, and we get told that it IS an ECU fault, but no apology for being rude about our garage to me. In fairness to him, he offered us a refund on the car. But frustrating that we spent £108 getting a diagnostics test done, and £80 on fuel and two days lost on work. We asked if they could siphon out our remaining fuel as we had £40 left in the tank and he simply said that we could try if we wanted but didn’t offer to get the garage to do it (considering our car was there when we were speaking to him.) I get that these things can’t be helped, but customer service absolutely is not their priority. If you buy a good car from them then you’ll be happy, but if you buy a car that becomes problematic, you’ll struggle to get the service from them that you deserve.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with your purchase. Please remember all used cars at some time do fail or breakdown, if a vehicle has an intermittent fault like this car had, it’s not always possible to know prior to selling. It’s also not possible to evaluate a fault from third party diagnostics, even a main dealer would require their own diagnostics prior to offering repair or refund, which is exactly what we did the moment we confirmed the fault. We do not control the distance people drive to buy a car & therefore can not control the distance to drive in returning the vehicle. We can only offer a good after sales service, which in this case I feel we have & your own inconvenience has blinded your decision on seeing our fair after sales service & quick action, which was to offer a full repair or refund as soon as the fault was diagnosed. So..,having read the reviews i can only describe our buying experience. I dealt with Paul by telephone, and bought over the phone, not always advisable for sure but got the feeling the dealership Was 'on the level' and the conversation gave me every reason to be confident that the car would be as described. I Bought a 2006 407 Coupe that was indeed exactly if not better than described, low Mileage verified via MOT,s and condition checked by the company low loading it to the north for me. On delivery, checked thoroughly and the car in all respects was mint, only one issue was a missing sat nav disc that Paul immediately placed on order and i received within days.
