My new Audi A3's mega! Had a couple of issues at first (hence the 4 stars), but the team at Ponko sorted everything out quickly. They were fantastic from start to finish, so I’ve definitely got no reason not to leave some positive feedback.

I was looking to upgrade from my Audi so I chatted with a friend who’s a VW/Audi specialist. He recommended sticking with Audi since they’re reliable and parts are easy to find. I started browsing online for an Audi A3, and the one at Ponko caught my eye as it had really low mileage and seemed to be in perfect condition. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever bought a car so quick! Matt was super knowledgeable and I’d definitely think about heading back when it’s time for my next car.

When my Ford Focus became too costly to repair I knew it was time for a new car. I found a Hyundai Tucson at Ponko, and it seemed to tick all the boxes being a fantastic family car. Seeing that the particular filter had recently been changed gave me confidence that it would be a reliable runner and I wasn't wrong! I’d definitely return to Ponko in future because not only did I get a great car, but I also enjoyed free coffee and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

I passed my test three years ago but haven't driven since, but recently I was looking to get back on the road. My finance company recommended Ponko, who had a Mercedes C-Class that looked like a brand new car. Stanley made it a stress-free and smooth transaction, and since getting the car, I have had so many nice comments on it; everyone is quite jealous. 😁. I would recommend them to anyone; I have even kept the Ponko sticker on the back so I can easily tell people where I got the car from.

Stanley from Ponko was a good salesman to deal with; he was really informative, providing me with all the information about the BMW 1 Series I purchased. Once I was happy to go ahead with the purchase, he took the time to explain everything to me, so it was a really simple process. Even when I had a slight issue, they were really understanding and got everything sorted really quickly. When I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely go back to Ponko.
