That’s when I spotted a Ford Focus and instantly fell in love—it was absolutely brilliant! Matt was incredibly helpful and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to drive away the same day. Everyone at Ponko was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a smooth service. I had a slight issue with the radio but this was sorted there straight away, and the car has been great to use since. 10/10
