I recently had my first visit to this dealership, and I have to say, my experience was quite positive. The car is running great, which is a huge relief. The customer service was pretty good overall. The guy who attended to me was ace and took care of everything I needed. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I'll definitely consider coming back here.

The car is running brilliantly with no issues at all. I found the car online and headed down for the first time, and everything was as advertised perfectly. Matthew was excellent, there was no pressure at all. He spent a lot of time with us, went through all the options, and explained everything so clearly. We even took out a year's insurance and parts and labour cover, and he made sure we understood how it all worked. He was so patient and friendly, so it made the experience easier dealing with someone who was happy to help. The reception guy was so lovely and chatty. He was really helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcomed, almost like we were at home.

The new car is absolutely sound so far, cannot fault it. First time heading down to these guys, but they were amazing. I would absolutely have a look at them again when I’m on the search for the next car, hopefully not anytime soon. But Haydn was a top man, banging customer service, no problems at all.

Absolutely amazing. I literally cannot sing their praises enough, the car is amazing, but the customer service is just one of a kind. When we had the car, we noticed a little dent on the driver’s door. Made them aware and they literally replaced the whole door for us. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values customers. Anthony was really good, really helpful and just made sure we were happy throughout the whole process.

These guys really go above and beyond. Had a little issue with my car and one of the guys on the team booked me in with BMW to get it diagnosed and sorted out. Would absolutely come back because the customer service is just something you don’t find everywhere.

Haydn was amazing, he really helped me through the finance process, and was really handy. Really chuffed with the new Seat. Had an issue with the battery, but they’re waiting on me to drop it in so they can sort it for me, it’s just about finding the time. I part exchanged my old car and can’t lie I feel like I got a really fair price for my car.

Ponko is actually round the corner from me, so it was about time I go. I didn’t realise what hybrid actually meant for a car, so I’m still learning my way around the car, as a lot of the functions are unknown to me. But I’m still getting on well. They were really helpful and friendly, they were genuine and down to earth, so cannot ask for anything more. I don’t give anyone full marks, so would give them 4 for sure.

Everything is going well, I think so anyways nothing is falling apart, so cannot complain haha. Found them on Autotrader, and thankfully the car looked like the pictures, so I wasn’t dealing with any hidden shocks or surprises. James was really helpful, he was just all in one. Absolute 10/10 guy.

Saw the reviews on these guys and saw it was also AA approved so thought I’d take a visit down there myself. Really glad I did, because I am enjoying my new Vauxhall. Matthew was amazing, he really helped out. Offered me a test drive and gave me all the information I needed. Cannot fault them.
