We've had our Kia Picanto for around a month now, and things are going well so far. During the purchase, it was Stanley who looked after us, and he was brilliant from beginning to end. Any questions we had, he was able to answer with ease and took his time to go through things properly with us. We were really happy with the customer service and cannot see any reason not to score Ponko 5 out of 5.

This is the best car buying experience I've had. The salesman Haydn was very accommodating and was happy to wait an extra week for me before taking the car, which allowed me time to get my money sorted out. I've probably done 300 miles already and it's been great.

Haydn didn't leave one question unanswered about the Hyundai I was enquiring about which was great. I had a little issue with charging it but after plugging it in overnight everything is all good and it's running as it should.

So far no problems at all with my Volvo V60, it's running as it should. Matthew was great on the day and although I wasn't able to get any discount off the car, he was great to deal with. Happy to still give top marks.
