The new Renault is doing me good. Everything is working as it should and had no issues with it so far. I chose Ponko as the dealership to buy my first ever car from and I’m glad I did. They were really patient with me, as when I say it took me a while to decide on a car, I spent 3 hours just deciding which one I want. They were really assisting and accommodating and told me about all the cars I was considering. So, they really helped me pick the one right for me.

Can’t fault them at all. Had a kia Sportage from the guys down at ponko, and had a few issues afterwards, but I took out the platinum warranty and it was so worth it. Have taken it to the workshop a few times, and each time the staff were amazing. They were so supportive and so helpful. Even when I rung them a few times, they were so happy to help, and just really great with sorting out any issues.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the dealership for all their help with my car search. Honestly, I walked in not having a clue about what I wanted, but they were super patient and really took the time to guide me in the right direction. I shared what I was looking for, and they suggested a bunch of options. We went through a few test drives together, and they made sure I found exactly what I was after. It felt like they really had my back throughout the whole process.

Just picked up my Nissan Qashqai and honestly, I'm loving it. This is my first time driving one and it's been a great experience so far. The team at the dealership was super helpful and really went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth. I noticed a few scratches on the paintwork and mentioned it to them. They were really cool about it and told me to bring the car in whenever I had a chance so they could take care of it. So far, it's been a solid experience and I'm really happy with the service and the car.

The Audi TT is going great, I'm really enjoying driving it. Haydn was fantastic, he had everything ready as soon as I arrived. Made the whole process super quick and easy. In and out in no time, couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

Jaguar is awesome, the more I drive it, the more I fall in love with it. The paperwork was all set and ready to go, which made everything super smooth. They even had some nice refreshments and offered a test drive which was a great touch.
