They were brilliant and really looked after us well. When we got there they offered us a drink and really made us feel welcome and at home. They were all just lovely. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is brilliant too. I wanted something a bit more upper class and this definitely fits the bill. I am over the moon with my new toy!

My Nissan Juke is lovely but it is a big change from my old Honda Jazz. I had had that for years and it was very outdated so it was definitely time for a change. The Juke is a hit with the whole family too, they all love it. My daughter is trying to convince me to let her have it when she passes her test as she loves the leather seats and the fact that they are heated. I had looked at so many before settling on this one but they all had damaged interiors so even though they looked nice on the outside, I would be looking at the damage when I am driving it. It was the first car I was getting just for me, so I was very particular about what I wanted as it was a treat to myself after years of family cars or work cars. The one I saw at Ponko really just ticked all the boxes and when I got there Asa was just brilliant. I had been messed around a lot when I went to look at other cars but they were completely different. They were a really really nice bunch of lads. They went the extra mile to get everything sorted for me so that I could take it away the same day which I really appreciated after travelling from Telford. The only problem was, for the finance, they had to take my picture🤦‍♀️ I hate having my picture taken so it probably took them longer to get me sorted than it would for someone else haha.

I have driven past Ponko a few times before but never actually gone in. When I started looking for my Ford Kuga and they came up online I was really impressed with the price. I had a quick look over the reviews and they all seemed good so I decided to pop in to look at the Kuga. When I got there it was a very good professional set up. The customer service was good and it was all just a good experience. I decided to take the Kuga and it is all going well so far, touch wood. I am driving it quite a bit and I am really happy with it! Top marks all round really.

Chris and Freddy have been great, they have been open and transparent about everything. I spoke to James initially over the phone but when I came to look at the car he wasn't available so Freddy took over. He gave me a great experience and answered my questions the best he could and sought answers anytime he wasn't sure. I absolutely love my BMW 3 Series too! I have definitely been in good hands with Ponko from day 1.

Asa was brilliant, he got me everything I needed. The sales side was as good as it gets. He made me feel welcome and comfortable asking any questions that came to mind too.

Haydn was quite good, he was on point. He for sure got me everything I needed. It was all quite quick and straightforward and my Kia Ceed is quite good too.

Even though they were really busy when I went to look at my Ford Fiesta, they still made sure I felt welcome. James made sure I got everything I needed and went with me on a test drive at first so he could show me the best place to go but then he let me take it out on my own afterwards so I could get a good feel for the car in a more relaxed way. I am driving it to work everyday now and it is all great. I am really happy with the way it drives.

Haydn was a good egg and got me everything I needed. He made me feel welcome from the second I stepped on the forecourt, offering me a drink and making sure I got a test drive in the Ford Kuga I was looking at. It all went well on the test drive so I decided to take it away. I have been driving it everyday since, you can't keep me out of it for long.

I came to Ponko to get a first car for my daughter and their Fiat 500 was ideal. She hasn't passed her test yet but she loves it so it is definitely some good motivation for her. The customer service was brilliant, really good! They got us everything we needed and were all lovely guys. They were very laidback and didn't try to push the sale. They could have if they wanted as we were eager to get it home but they wanted to make sure all work was done on the car before letting us take it away.

My Ford Kuga is all good and is running nice. It has been no trouble at all over the few hundred miles I have done so far. It even had the seal of approval when I took it for a service locally. The customer service from Ponko was all good. They were up front and let me know it would take a few weeks for delivery so I decided to go and collect it instead as I just couldn't wait to get my hands on it. When I got there to pick it up, it was all ready for me so I could just take it away.
