Credit where credit is due to Keiron at Concept Car Credit for the phenomenal service during the purchase of my BMW 1 Series. Keiron explained everything to me in layman terms, so things made perfect sense, and he talked me through all of the various options. Everything is going brilliantly with my VW Tiguan so far. Nothing's fallen of it yet anyway 🤣. The atmosphere in the dealership is relaxed and welcoming, and I would definitely come back to buy another car from here. They are completely different from all the other car sales companies out there at the moment.

My Smart is a beautiful car, and I’m absolutely made up with it! Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable about this type of car, which was really impressive. Haydn was absolutely brilliant, and I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about him. I bought a Range Rover a month before I got my Nissan Qashqai from Ponko, and I’ve had nothing but trouble with the dealership I bought the Range Rover from. So, dealing with Haydn and Ponko was a refreshing change. The service was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It was a complete contrast, and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I absolutely love my Nissan Pulsar; it's brilliant! The car was handed over to me in fantastic condition and had been valeted to a high standard, looking as good as new. The service I received was excellent, and the team made sure everything was just right. I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars only because, well, no one’s perfect—but they definitely came close!
