I would just like to say I am exceptionally happy with every aspect of the service I received at Ponko. Having recently acquired my delightful Peugeot Partner from them, I must say the service was just exceptional. The vehicle itself is in great condition, it's very spacious, and drives so smoothly. I do just have to state that this is one of the best experiences I have had ever buying a vehicle from any dealership. I have already recommended you to friends and family, and when the need arises, I will certainly be coming back to get myself another great deal.

I decided to go to Ponko based on their reputation in the local area. I had already had it in my mind that I would be going for a Mini, but until I looked on their website, I had no idea I would be looking over 20 different minis that they had in stock, all different models and variations, from the countryman hatchback to the traditional mini cooper. So I made my way to Ponko to inquire about the mini, and after speaking to the salesman, I finally decided the Mini Hatch would be best for me. The mileage was great for a 12-plate, and the condition was good enough, especially considering the price. Overall, this is just too good of a deal to pass on, given the reliability of both Ponko and the Mini brand. Based on my experience at Ponko, I will most certainly be coming back. 

Very professional service from the team at Ponko. I would like to give a special mention to James, who helped me throughout the process. He really was lovely and was very responsive to my emails, which was greatly appreciated. The entire process was very efficient, from the moment of inquiry to the receiving of the keys. Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the Audi A1 and the customer service i was privileged to . The Audi itself is a little gem, and I am genuinely loving every chance I get to take the car out for a quick spin. Based on the service received and just the quality of the Audi, I would recommend Ponko to anyone looking to get themselves a reliable, new car.

What a great dealership! Ponko is, from the moment you walk into the dealership, you know you are dealing with professionals; they just have such a wide variety of cars available. I found the office quite modern and even a bit quirky, overall, rather aesthetically pleasing. I had arranged to go and view a VW Golf; they did have rather a few, all different mileages and ages; in the end, I opted for a different one than originally seen, just as it was younger, with less mileage, for not a lot more. so was the more logical choice. So far, the car is running great, and the entire customer journey was brilliant from start to finish, so I can't fault them in any way, so a big 5*'s from me.

Just brilliant customer service from Ponko, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I was able to pick up my Ford Fiesta at a time that suited myself, so no delays, just made everything that more convenient. Their selection of cars is always impressive, and this time, they had a Mercedes that caught my eye. After a test drive, I was convinced, it was perfect in every way.
