Haydn was great at making a long process very quick because the Nissan Juke I was interested in wasn't even up for sale yet before I spotted it. Nevertheless, Haydn managed to get the car ready while I was sorting out the finances. Luckily, the car has been okay because I got finance approval well before I could take it on a test drive, which meant the first time I drove it was on my way home.

I'm gradually getting used to all the new gadgets on my Kia Sportage because I've never owned such a new car before, so it's a bit unfamiliar to me. I'm particularly looking forward to using my sunroof in the summer, if the rain ever stops coming down. Until then, it gives me plenty of time to learn everything about the car. The team was very understanding that it was a big purchase for me, so they allowed me a lot of time to make my decision.

As a recent customer of Ponko, I can happily rate them top marks for the perfect car-buying experience. Nothing was too much hassle for Frederick, and there was also no hard sell from him, which was a really big deciding factor for me because no one wants to feel pressured into buying anything, especially a car. As for my Ford Fiesta, it's been a fantastic car and I know it will look after me for years to come.

So far so good with my Mini Hatch Cooper. I've had it for 8 weeks now and I'm still really enjoying the car. 5 out of 5 all round.

If anyone asked what I would do differently if I were to get another car from here, it would be nothing! It was flawless. James answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me in the loop all the time, which was nice to know where I stood with the car. I've given my MG ZS a good run out, and it's been a really exciting car to drive.

It was my first time buying a car from here, but it won't be my last. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the team was quick to welcome me and find out what I was looking to get out of a car. I'm really happy with my Hyundai that I got from Ponko; it’s been a really lovely car. However, as luck would have it, I chipped my window on the way home! Despite this, it's such a lovely car to drive. I believe it was Hayden who looked after me throughout the sales process, and he was great. I can't thank him enough for his assistance. I visited dealerships before this one, and the vibe wasn't the best. I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I never committed to buying a car. However, this wasn't the case at Ponko! As soon as I stepped foot in the dealership, all of the staff were really friendly, and they let me walk around at my own pace to find the perfect car. When I was ready, I approached someone for some more information. Asa was the salesman who helped to answer all of my questions; he was just brilliant. I went ahead with the car, and I've loved it every day since!

My Peugeot 3008 didn't stay on Ponko's website for long before I put the deposit down on the car! When the deposit went through, I headed down to the dealership to get it as soon as possible. I had to wait for the car to come out of the garage, and like with everything new, the waiting felt like double time, but it was nice to drive away in a car with a full service and MOT. I've had the car for about 2 months now and done some long trips, like to the Peak District, which is about 2 and a half hours away, and everything went smoothly.

My husband was the one who was directly involved in the sale of our car, so I don't know too much about the customer service. He did mention that James, the salesman, was very patient with him because his English isn't very good. We opted for the Volvo V40, and the car has been great. We've recently replaced the tyre, but otherwise, there are no issues.
