I knew I wanted a Toyota Aygo and was looking through Auto Trader when I came across an advert by Ponko. I read their reviews before making my enquiry and they definitely lived up to my expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the car I bought's been great.

The service we received from the guys at Ponko was genuinely really, really good. They were efficient from the moment they responded to our online enquiry right through to us driving away in the vehicle and everything in-between. Excellent service, excellent car and very happy overall..

Unfortunately our previous car got written off in an accident, so we needed to find a replacement pretty sharp-ish. We initially came across Ponko through an advert on Ebay and spotted a lovely Ford Kuga they had advertised. My wife and I loved the colour, the wheels and the general spec, so we arranged to go and see it. We visited on a Saturday with two kids in tow but the dealership were absolutely fantastic. We drove away in the car that very same day and both the wife and I are very happy with our choice, Thanks to Matt and the team for making it such an easy, enjoyable experience.

We'd been looking for a Qashqai for a while so were glad when we finally found what we'd been looking for at Ponko. I just wish it was as clean now as when we collected it haha! The sales guys were absolutely brilliant too - They let us look in peace and let us take as much time as we needed, there was never any pressure which was a refreshing change!

Easy website to negotiate. Asked a few questions via the sites text message service and was received prompt replies. Turned up on a Saturday morning and was greeted warmly. Couple of issues with the car with the wrong number plates being on and one of the tyres being damaged. Not a major problem but I feel that it's not really my place to inspect the car as the tyre issue was documented on the latest MOT. The salesman was excellent polite and communicated well me and my son who was buying the car. Finally managed to get £50 price reduction for the tyre. Could not understand why I was not allowed to pay the balance on my credit card when it was an acceptable form of payment for the deposit. All paperwork and final sale was sorted out promptly so over all a good experience.

Cracking service and friendly staff

We've had Minis before, but we're absolutely delighted with our new Countryman—it's excellent! The service at Ponko was great, and we really appreciated the small touches, like being offered a drink on arrival.

We had never driven a Peugeot before so it took a bit of getting used to, but it's doing exactly what we need it to. The fuel efficiency is great, and we're especially grateful to have found a model that falls below the 2017/£40k tax threshold, saving us from the extra £400 annual tax. James assisted us on the day, and he was a lovely young lad—I think we were actually his first sale! Overall, a very positive experience.

The car's even better than I expected—it's rapid and handles like a go-kart! Absolutely perfect and I can’t fault the team at Ponko. I did have a minor issue with the tyre pressure sensor shortly after collecting it, but they resolved it immediately so I've no complaints. Huge thanks to James and the team for everything.

Found these guys on Auto Trader and I'm glad I did. Really enjoying my 4 Series BMW & I've got no complaints about the customer service either. Thanks to Haydn and the team.
