I am more than pleased with the Kia I purchased, I am having so much fun driving it. James served us and he was extremally kind and such a lovely person. We wanted a few things doing to the car before agreeing the purchase and we told James what we wanted and he sorted it out in the click of the fingers. The process was that quick and ticked over so nicely we had the option to take the car on the day however we picked the car up the following day. It was an all round such a nice experience that I am over the moon with. Thank you James, you are amazing !

When choosing the correct vehicle it can be very time consuming because it is a long term commitment, with a substantial amount of money involved. When using Reeds Auto's customer service they were very patient and considerate to my vehicle requirements which I a greatly appreciated. My mind was not set on a certain model/type of vehicle when I came to the dealership for help, but James was very keen to show me all of the other impressive options around the dealership and on the forecourts which I then made a great choice in getting my Ford. I can confidently say I would more than happily use again and I will always recommend!

I am really happy with the Fiat I purchased, its driving just as good as it did when I picked it up. I am also very satisfied with the great level of care I was shown by the staff at the dealership. All my questions were answered and I was kept in the loop at all times. A job well done and a customer retained.

The customer service provided by the dealership was excellent, I found everybody to be polite, positive and friendly, they were also very enthusiastic when trying to allocate the most suitable vehicle for myself which provided me with confidence and a sense of achievement when I came away with my new shiny Vauxhall. Purchasing a car for someone else is usually quite difficult, but not if you buy from Reed Autos! The salesmen are top of their game here... I came down to buy my son a car, so was looking for something cheap to run yet reliable. I was soon seen to, the guy looking after me was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. We talked through some different makes and models to decide what would suit best and from there we checked a few cars out. Whilst looking around the cars everything was explained in great detail, no stone left unturned, I felt I knew the cars well enough to make a decision. Once I decided on the car, I was taken through the paperwork/documents etc and I was more than impressed with how much time they took to explain everything, I had a good understanding of the sale before signing anything. I would also like to give some praise to the fantastic deliveryman for being so helpful, he also made it a very excited delivery and was just as invested as I was in my son's new car. My son, for the record, is absolutely loving the car he tells me every time he comes round how brilliant it is. Reed Autos, you have a brilliant team that work hard, I cant thank you enough!

Earlier this year I came down to Reed Autos to purchase a Ford that I had seen advertised online, I was pleased when I first saw the car, it was presented extremely well and was very clean and tidy. First things first, I love the VW I bought! Oh my, it puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. I pre bought the car which made things a lot easier for me, and the staff at reed autos, I was practically in and out on the day of collection. It made the process much easier, there were no issues when I went to collect and everything was ready for me to drive off. Someone give these guys a pat on the back!
