A friend of mine had bought a car from Ponko before and highly recommended I give them a shot. I called and spoke to Danny, who was super helpful and answered all my questions. After our chat, I headed over to check out the car and ended up placing a deposit. They were upfront and clear about everything, which I really appreciated. Danny also mentioned a small issue with a part that hadn’t arrived on time, but he made sure it got sorted quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process—definitely a solid dealership!

To say the least I'm very very happy with the purchase of my Audi Q3! - I've not had the car that long but I've already been on holiday with it so I reckon I've added 1000 miles to the clock in the first 3 weeks. I'm getting on really well with my new car and the service I had while I was at Ponko was excellent, as the salesman went through everything with me in detail and answered all the questions I had to ask. I would be happy to come back and purchase another car.

The team was busy on the day because it was a weekend but they were still very accommodating and made plenty of time for me while I was at the dealership. I needed a quick turn around on the car as I was in desperate need of one and Anthony did just that. All of the paperwork was carried out quickly and without any delays. My Ford Mondeo has been a great and I'm happy with it.

Ponko did nothing wrong while I was enquiring about the car, so it wouldn't be fair to give them anything less than 5*. As for the Audi A1 I drove away with, it's been a great can for the work miles I've put on it. I look forward to giving it a good runout at some point.

I absolutely love my Mini Cooper ❤️ I've not had a car like this before but it's been amazing. Thank you to the team at the dealership for the great service while I was getting the Mini. All of my questions and concerns were answered in great detail and I would have no issues recommending others to get a car from here.

Nothing comes to mind that I think could have made my experience a 5* but everything was great. I was offered a test drive, and I received good, honest information about the Volkswagen when they answered my questions.

My Kia has been running sweet for the short time I've had it and I've got no complaints. James managed the sale and he was a nice guy to do business with.
