Reed Autos is the dealership that I bought my Golf from at let me tell you it is absolutely spot on 👌 The one thing I am kicking myself about is curbing the alloys 😩 But anyway we move... the customer service was really good, there is nothing more that needed to be done to make my experience better. One thing that really stood out to me was they were not pushy or really salesy, the guy who I dealt with chatted to me naturally and didn't put it on thick.

I bought a Peugeot 108 from Reed Autos for my daughter and the car is doing very well, she absolutely loves it! The whole process of buying the car was a pleasure and the team were fantastic. I encountered no problems and would happily return.

Very good dealership, the staff and service was great. There was a slight hiccup but they soon resolved and in a very quick and amical manner, they even gave me an extended warranty to make up for it. I'm really happy with everything and would happily shop here again in the future.

I remotely bought a car from Reed Autos in Cambridge and had it delivered all the way up to Scotland... the whole procedure was smooth and sleek. The biggest thing for me is the constant communication and updates... I've bought cars before and been completely in the dark with the progress. After buying my car I did have a an issue that I had to contact Reed Autos about, they were so helpful in sorting, I was more than happy with how they rectified. They moved quickly and got it sorted efficiently. Since this, everything ahs been completely fine with the car and I've thoroughly enjoyed getting used to it, its taken some time from my old car but I like the way it drives and handles. Shaun is a fab guy, he got everything underway for me and didnt over complicate things like usual... very straight forward.
