I came to Reed Autos after a lengthy search for the car I wanted. These guys have a brilliant selection! I came across the Renault and once I laid my eyes on it I knew this is the car I have been searching for! The car is still driving brilliant I can't fault it, I've had no issues what so ever since the purchase! I loved the customer service I received, we was offered coffee and everything! I was over the moon. The car was clean and tidy, Just looked beautiful when I took it out for a ride. I would give a 5 but as good as you were... no one is perfect ;) x

Reed Autos is the best independent dealership I have come across, the have a big range of cars and they really know their stuff. I couldn't be happier with the Mini Clubman I bought, it is serving me very well. I would say I got it for a great price too, I feel really confident/comfortable with my decision that I made the right choice. I dealt with a young lad, I think his name was Jamie and even though he was 30 years younger than me he didn't push me and was incredibly helpful. To be honest all the team down here deserve to know what a good job they are doing.

The only thing Reed Autos didn't do for me was knock a good couple of grand off the Jag for me 😜 haha! But in all seriousness I am very pleased! The car is lovely and I certainly was very pleased with the friendly chaps down here. Have already recommended you guys to friends so hopefully you will have some new customers coming your way soon.

As a woman on my own buying a car I felt really comfortable here, it wasn't as hard as it has been in the past. I was really impressed by how approachable and helpful everyone was. My wants and needs were listened to and all questions around these factors were answered. The Smart Forfor I purchases is absolutely perfect, I couldn't be more grateful for this dealership.

Great car buying experience and not a single point I can't think of that I could give them to improve on. The staff are friendly and there is a wide range of cars to choose from. The Corsa that I bought is very good. Overall I would say I got an experience worthy of five stars.

I bought an Audi A1 from Reed Autos and it is a brilliant car. The team here are great and the whole process is so straightforward that I didn't need to have too much to do with the salesmen, if that makes sense? Everything was so well in hand that I was able to just leave them to it which suited me very well 👍 I will me using Reed Autos again.

The Mito has been great! The customer service was very good, when I purchased the car, drove a couple of miles up the road and it went into limp mode 😕 you can imagine my disappointment. This happened just as the garage was closing, we took the car straight back (they hung on for us) and next day called to organise a courtesy car. They went above and beyond and not only fixed the car they also gave it a full service. So despite the initial disappointment the team at Reed really came through and I would highly recommend them. 5 out of 5! 😊
