I am self-employed so when my last van died on me I was stuck and went without work for a while. When I saw a Vauxhall Vivaro online with Ponko it was just ideal. It was exactly what I wanted down the colour and everything and it was available at just the right time. It was worth travelling to them to get exactly what I wanted and needed. They don't usually sell many vans so they weren't as knowledgeable as they are about their cars but I have had plenty in the past so I knew what I was looking for and that this fit the bill. Haydn kept me in the loop and was really useful in helping me make appointments. When I got there I thought the set up was really nice, the showroom was clean and tidy. There was certainly no shortage of coffee or conversation either which made it feel really welcoming. It is safe to say I was quite impressed with everything I saw and the experience I had. The van is very good and drives lovely. It has got me back up and running with my business which is what I needed. It may have worked a bit too well, I barely have time to think I am that busy now!

Haydn is very good at what he does, he was helpful and gave me the time and attention I needed without being pushy. I had made my mind up very early as I knew I wanted a car like this one so he didn't have to work too hard for a sale anyway. I really liked their Mercedes Benz A Class so I decided to take it. I am really enjoying it and it is a very nice motor. It has all just been spot on really.

I absolutely love my BMW 1 Series, it is amazing! Everything is perfect and it runs lovely. I am really enjoying it! Ponko is just down the road from me and my Dad drives past it every day at work so when I needed a new car he told me to try there. Boy am I glad I did, the customer service was phenomenal! Everyone I saw was kind and helpful and got me anything I needed. The whole family has been back within a month because they left such a good impression and my car is so nice that they all wanted new ones. None of us have had any issues too which is a testament to how good their cars are.

James was very attentive and got me everything I needed. They have been very helpful and whatever I have needed they have got sorted for me. They even rebalanced the wheels for me when I felt like they were a bit off. My Mercedes-Benz A-Class is a lovely car too. It is such a nice car to drive!
