A friend of mine had bought a car from Ponko before and highly recommended I give them a shot. I called and spoke to Danny, who was super helpful and answered all my questions. After our chat, I headed over to check out the car and ended up placing a deposit. They were upfront and clear about everything, which I really appreciated. Danny also mentioned a small issue with a part that hadn’t arrived on time, but he made sure it got sorted quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process—definitely a solid dealership!

To say the least I'm very very happy with the purchase of my Audi Q3! - I've not had the car that long but I've already been on holiday with it so I reckon I've added 1000 miles to the clock in the first 3 weeks. I'm getting on really well with my new car and the service I had while I was at Ponko was excellent, as the salesman went through everything with me in detail and answered all the questions I had to ask. I would be happy to come back and purchase another car.

The team was busy on the day because it was a weekend but they were still very accommodating and made plenty of time for me while I was at the dealership. I needed a quick turn around on the car as I was in desperate need of one and Anthony did just that. All of the paperwork was carried out quickly and without any delays. My Ford Mondeo has been a great and I'm happy with it.

Ponko did nothing wrong while I was enquiring about the car, so it wouldn't be fair to give them anything less than 5*. As for the Audi A1 I drove away with, it's been a great can for the work miles I've put on it. I look forward to giving it a good runout at some point.

I absolutely love my Mini Cooper ❤️ I've not had a car like this before but it's been amazing. Thank you to the team at the dealership for the great service while I was getting the Mini.
