I've got no issues whatsoever with my Ford Focus! The sales rep at Ponko was fantastic; he struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and not pushy. He provided all the info I needed and made some great suggestions without overdoing it. Before heading to Ponko, we checked out Norton Way Mazda, but unfortunately, they didn’t have anything in our price range. They recommended Ponko, and I’m so glad they did! The whole experience was seamless, and I walked away with a car I absolutely love. If you’re in the market, I recommend giving Ponko a try.

Haydn, the sales executive who assisted us, was excellent. He provided us with detailed information and patiently answered all of our questions. The process was incredibly quick, which was exactly what we needed, as we were looking for something practical and ready to use right away. Several friends recommended Ponko to me, and now I can see why.

From the moment I met Haydn, I knew I would be in great hands. I cannot recommend Ponko and Haydn enough. The service was phenomenal, and he really went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly during the purchase of my Volvo. Matthew was absolutely brilliant! He answered every question we had and even provided helpful details we hadn’t thought of. Honestly, we couldn’t fault him at all. There was a slight delay with the valeting of our car, but when it was handed over, it looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom—completely worth the wait! They even topped up the fuel to make up for the delay, which was a nice touch. If we could rate them higher than a five, we definitely would. Superb service all around!
