The salesman that I spoke to from Ponko in Cambridge was professional, helpful and he always kept me informed about the progress of my car. Haydn was a lovely guy, fantastic with communicating, he always got back to me when he said he would, he was confident in discussing the car in detail, and he went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of the sale. The Ford Fiesta I bought from here is perfect, the salesman Haydn was very helpful, he delivered a remarkable service from start to end, I was given the time I needed to look round the lovely cars they had available before making a decision on which one to buy. I cannot fault Haydn at Ponko in the slightest he were faultless in everything that he did for me. Really pleased with the Audi, it did take me a while to persuade the wife to buy this one but we got there in the end 🤣 The service were excellent here, glad that we came to them after going to a few other dealerships were we did not have a great experience. The service here was much better. Will recommend to anyone else we know that is looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased my Vauxhall Corsa from this dealer - and what can I say - a great service from the very start! Haydn was very helpful and throughout my purchase I found him to be polite, friendly and helpful. It was a swift, easy service with this dealer, we found the car advertised online, gave them a call and spoke to Fred who was mega helpful, friendly and polite, we arranged to go and see the car the following day, we liked what we had seen so said yes and came to pick the car up the follow week, it was that simple. I'm loving my Audi A1, It is really comfortable and a stunning car. I would definitely come back to these when I am ready for an upgrade

I just bought a Corsa recently from Ponko in Cambridge. Excellent service, no pressure and the sales person and his manager were very helpful, genuine and informative. I'm proper made up with my new car, I go to work and back in it every day and it's great to drive. I was also impressed by the follow up call that I received to check that everything was going okay after I purchased the car.

It was a fella called Haydn that sold me my car, I was impressed with his knowledge. The level of service I received was amazing, he kept me up to date throughout the process.
