What a personalised experience this was. I didn't really know what I was looking for, but thankfully one of their sales executives helped find the perfect car for me. We discussed what kind of journeys I was doing, what gadgets I wanted and it wasn't long until the ideal car was suggested. He even personally dropped it off at my house and helped with all the registration documentation. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll definitely be recommending Reed Autos to my friends.

I have had the pleasure to have purchased my vehicle through a gent by the name of Jamie coates I was under indused stress due to not being able to purchase the vehicle due to time implications over the weekend. This was no issue for Jamie as he took lead over and above any supervisory advise, he made a rapid plan to appease me and that was the emd goal. I bought a car from here roughly 5 years ago. However I recently took it for a really long drive across country. After the journey it made me think how solid & reliable the vehicle has been all these years. I'll definitely be going back when I'm due an upgrade.

had my car for a few weeks now and I love it, I dealt with Jason who was fantastic, They delivered it to my house for free and dont charge any admin fees or anything. I had a small issue after with the car and he helped get it sorted with the warranty company.

I purchased a 2014 Vauxhall Mokka from Reed Autos, A young lad Jack (salesman) i think was very eager to get the deal closed, i asked hi a few questions about the car; had it been in an accident (No) was his answer, i pointed out some runs of paint on the inside of the drivers door, no answer..... i pointed ot that the exhaust was blowing and the 2 tyres of the passengers side had completely different tread than the drivers side, no explanation...(tyres are meant to be the same tread pattern over the same axel).i asked when the timing belt was changed as it has a full service history, yeah that hadn't been changed, he knocked £150 of the price of the car..... as soon as the deal was done i never seen him again! i left the garage and the drove less than 100 yards when the car went into limp mode, i returned to the garage where they checked it over, i was left outside for nearly 2hrs (bitterly cold) whilst diagnostics checks where carried out. a mechanic drove out with my car on a test, parked it up, i approached and asked what the fault was and was it related to the code that appaired on the dash? the mechanic denied there was a fault until the service manager stepped in and tried to explain the fault.(left me outside in the cold for nearly 2hrs because of covid but still failed to sanitise the car after the mechanic had drove it)!!! all this time the lad that sold me the car did not come out of the office and see me! when i returned home i booked the car into a garage for the timing belt change, whilst in the garage i asked them to have a good check over the car.... the faults 3 of the 4 tyres were damaged i had to purchase 4 new tyres, camshaft oil seal was leaking, had this resealed, sump gasket was leaking, resealed, steering arm had been replaced to zip tie was added to the gater, tracking was wayyyy out....the entire drivers side of the car had been repainted...was told it had never in an accident!!!! both strut top require changing..........crack on the windscreen which was not noticed at time of purchase.... now the car struggles to go into 3rd gear...... email has been sent to Reed customer care no reply!! so from my point of view this garage is untrustworthy and i would avoid purchasing a vehicle from them. i have been in contact with my finance company who have logged my complaint, i am in the process of sending my findings to the AA as their name is associated with Reed Autos..... To summaries my experience with Reed Autos... Shocking!!!

It sounds like we didn't offer the service we normally hold ourselves to, for that we really do apologise, Michael. We sell used cars, so they do come with used parts or small imperfections. Our preparation stages are in place to ensure anything like this is rectified before sale. I purchased my "new to me" car from Reed Auto's Cambridge over the internet, my first experience of this type of deal. Throughout the procedure I dealt with Ross Taylor, he was very helpful with all of my many questions, supplied me with a personalised video of the car and frequently telephoned me to advise of progress. My car was delivered by car transporter, on schedule, thankyou " Jono" very helpful great to deal with. I purchased a car in October with 6-month warranty. The experience was great and the company is very professional. However, before I drove away I asked to fix the windscreen chips and stains on the trim, which was agreed. I also noticed a faulty seatbelt after driving home, and I am not sure how it got through an MOT (worrying!). Since then I have had a lot of radio silence and the invite to place a review seems to expire soon after purchasing, which makes me think they don't want feedback on their after-sales support.
