We've been asked to leave a review by Reed Autos, so here goes, when we went into Reed Autos to look for a car we were pleasantly surprised by Jake who was happy to to help us in everyway, he showed us round the cars and was very chatty & helpful, we decided on an Audi. However, once we had decided on the car and the money had been transferred was where it went downhill. We had asked for the bumper to be repaired as part of the package so the car had to stay for a bit longer before we could collect it. Calls promised to be returned, were not returned and several calls to chase them to find out what was happening, followed. We finally agreed on a collection day, which was a Thursday, Jake had told us Thursday would be ideal as the bumper repair would be finished by the Wednesday, again he promised to call us to keep us updated. We booked the Thursday off work (using a days holiday) and after hearing nothing and chasing them on Thursday morning, we're told it was not ready. After expressing our dissapointment we were told we could collect it a 5pm on Thursday. We drove in to collect the car with our 2 young children, and took a seat in the waiting room. 20 minutes later of being completely ignored even though we could clearly see Jake in the office and he could clearly see us, we were then taken into a room by a very young lad we had never met who's name has escaped me. He very boldly slapped a document in the desk which we had not even had time to read, threw a pen at us and told us to "sign there", apparently it was to get us "guys" out as fast as possible to not "hold us up" (bearing in mind they close at 6pm) It was much more likely he was in a hurry to get home for his beans on toast. The document he asked us to sign was stating we were happy with all the aspects of the car, the valet, the condition, the repairs etc, at that point we had to point out to him that we would quite like to actually see the car before signing!!! On top of this, at no point did this lad ask to see our ID or even ask our names. Anyone off the street could have come in and driven away in a 14k car that we had paid for. As a family that were exited about our new car, we were basically made to feel like a huge inconvenience and very uncomfortable to the point of embarrassing. It goes without saying we will spend somewhere else in future. Train your staff in Customer Services Reed Autos.

Having parked my car I was delighted to be able to walk round and view all the cars without being pressured or pursued by a sales/rep. Once I had found the car i was looking for it was time to now meet the sales people, Ryan Pavey was assigned to us what a great guy his enthusiasm and work ethics together with his professional approach not just to make a sale but also to make us as comfortable as possible. This made the hole process enjoyable ,and I am pleased to say that I am really happy with my new car thanks Reeds Auto's .

Purchased a car from Reed Autos Ltd yesterday. They were extremely busy but this did not reflect on their service and care. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. Erica was outstanding and her customer care was excellent. She waited some 1.5 hours with me after business hours to ensure I left with the car I wanted. She even offered me a lift home if my purchase monies did not come through in time.! Erica truly went over and above her duties and is a credit to the company. To be honest all members of staff were helpful and the whole experience was enjoyable as it should be. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Looked at car at Reed Autos on Saturday, went back wednesday to view the car again, only to be informed that I am not permitted to take the car out for a second test drive unless I agree to buy the car, this is due to the fact that "any tom dick or harry could come in and test drive any car and this would cause the fleet to have increased mileage on all of their cars, and the sales advisor said that there is nothing they could do as they are held by the throat on this issue!!". I wanted to speak to Jason (Manager) to discuss this as I was keen to buy the car, he could not be bothered to see me. I am nearly sixty and had the cash to buy the car, I am certainly not the type of person that would take a car out for the sake of it and waste their time. I came away thinking could I have been treated any worse and I do not think I could.... If I could leave 0 stars on the staff I would.

Was in a rush when collecting our car from Reed Autos after my finance company paid for it, our stupid well learnt from mistake, not even half a mile after leaving tyre sensors came up as faulty and said it had a puncture my partner had already drove ahead and i had no phone so drove back to erith after finding it had no spare tyre where one was supposed to be also the tyre pump was missing, keeping in mind how much we paid for the car in the first place when fitting the sensor the garage asked me if i had treated the puncture with a repair kit as tyre was full of water, which i hadnt, so this tells me reed knew n tried hiding the fact long enough for me to drive up the road, then 6wèeks later i find out that i was over charged by £1000 as none are going for the £8100 i paid totally feel ripped off, the warranty company i cant fault really good and paid for new sensor but i had to pay 35 excess i deeply regret my partner going to this company and we are well out of pocket , insurance company has valued the clio it at £7100.

Purchased a vehicle 28/03/19 broke down the same day. In Reeds defence they did rectify the issue a blocked fuel filter. Very disappointing though to have occurred within hours. Subsequently discovered that break discs were well worn and needed replacing immediately(Not Illegal), despite sailing through the MOT with no advisories. This despite an earlier MOT 3 weeks earlier showing advisories for worn pads. Overall a very mixed experience leaving a biter taste for a 20K car, and not what I would have expected from their brand or other reviews.

We we were sorry to learn of the problem with the fuel filter but glad that we got it resolved quickly while on your trip to Devon. With regards to the brake pads, an MOT is a visual inspection, on a MOT test the minimum requirement for brake pads is 1.5mm so we would suggest advising on 2mm, advisory items give notice of things that will eventually need fixing on your car, but are not reasons to fail a test. Advisory notes are given at the discretion of the tester, and vary in importance dependent upon what they are for. We checked your break pads after 1000 miles of driving by yourself and we found them to be on 3.5mm which is why in this scenario we agreed they had lots of life left in them, we did however carry out a service for yourself. Literally never experienced such a bad customer service as I did at Reed Autos. My mistake was that i had finance in place with documentation completed, all i needed was a test drive. And from that point they did not seem interested, I was calling and chasing to book a test drive. My sales manager was very rude and expected me to fit his schedule, as he was to busy to show me the car within the first week of arranging all paperwork. Avoid!!! very unpleaseant experience, needless to say i have went to another dealer..

Reed autos were friendly and helpful from the second I arrived on site. Their prices are very fair and the sales team were extremely accommodating - they seemed to genuinely know a lot about the cars and pricing. They did amazing body work on my car after I had an accident and I would definitely use them again.
