I bought a Mercedes from Reed Autos in September this year and it is doing very well! I have found it so much easier to drive than my last car 😍 I was very impressed with the team here and the customer service they provided. I would absolutely return and recommend.

Awful experience!! Me and my partner found a nice looking Audi A4 on website decided yes lets go for it after looking around. This one appealed as seemed fair priced and company looked professional from website reviews etc. Wow couldnt be more wrong. Vehicle up for £13850. The finance Reeds provide was at a higher interest rate than we wanted so naturally we sourced finance elsewhere at a cheaper rate which any likeminded person would do especially in the climate of how cost of living is so expensive. To then be told by one of the sales guys that we will be charged £220 ADMIN FEE on collection because we havent used their finance options!! Payble via debit card, no credit card excepted. £220 for what the processing of what exactly ?? Sales Guy could not answer that question. I also made him aware it states on website no admin fees. However he then said there are fees if you use finance elsewhere. He then pointed me to that classic terms and conditions section which yes does state this. But wow how MISLEADING no admin fees on main website stated clearly but then in tiny t&cs there it is £220 admin fee paybale. So really the car should have been advertised for £14070 no? Anyway thats one awful part of this whole process. Sales guy also tried to hard sell my partner and ram extended warranty down her throat which she declined and asked do we get a standard 30 Day to 3 months warranty like other respected sales garages often do as they are confident in their products. He told her No you wont even though again on website states all cars come with warranties. Again MISLEADING as according the Sales guy you only get the warranty if you pay for it. Well red flags again there from the Sales Guy. Last straw for me was looking on the MOT checker history at the vehicle to find that last 2 to 3 MOTS the vehicle has failed on the ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT being present. An underlying issue with the car? Just cleared down be a technician each year to pass the mess onto someone else in years to come? Who knows. Anyway too many red flags for me. I work in this trade in a different capacity and if i were to MISLEAD AND HARDSELL the way these guys have done id be out of business. Who are you guys paying for these so called reviews and awards? Why oh why didnt we get that fantastic experience. To summarise Reeds turned this experience that was suppose to be exciting buying a new car into a real stressfull miserable experience leaving my partner crying and upset. Shame on you guys. Deal cancelled will not be going anywhere near you guys again !!!

I was so impressed with the high level of Costomer Service, I felt this needed to be acknowledged with this review. The Manager and her team were so professional in their manner throughout the process of purchasing my daughter's car. I confused I'm a rather demanding Customer who expects very high standards and so for me to be so impressed to write this review, believe me they needed to be very impressive, which they were in their whole approach. Well done, your Boss is very lucky to have you all representing his company.

What a personalised experience this was. I didn't really know what I was looking for, but thankfully one of their sales executives helped find the perfect car for me. We discussed what kind of journeys I was doing, what gadgets I wanted and it wasn't long until the ideal car was suggested. He even personally dropped it off at my house and helped with all the registration documentation. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll definitely be recommending Reed Autos to my friends.

I have had the pleasure to have purchased my vehicle through a gent by the name of Jamie coates I was under indused stress due to not being able to purchase the vehicle due to time implications over the weekend. This was no issue for Jamie as he took lead over and above any supervisory advise, he made a rapid plan to appease me and that was the emd goal. I bought a car from here roughly 5 years ago. However I recently took it for a really long drive across country. After the journey it made me think how solid & reliable the vehicle has been all these years. I'll definitely be going back when I'm due an upgrade.

had my car for a few weeks now and I love it, I dealt with Jason who was fantastic, They delivered it to my house for free and dont charge any admin fees or anything. I had a small issue after with the car and he helped get it sorted with the warranty company.

I purchased a 2014 Vauxhall Mokka from Reed Autos, A young lad Jack (salesman) i think was very eager to get the deal closed, i asked hi a few questions about the car; had it been in an accident (No) was his answer, i pointed out some runs of paint on the inside of the drivers door, no answer..... i pointed ot that the exhaust was blowing and the 2 tyres of the passengers side had completely different tread than the drivers side, no explanation...(tyres are meant to be the same tread pattern over the same axel).i asked when the timing belt was changed as it has a full service history, yeah that hadn't been changed, he knocked £150 of the price of the car..... as soon as the deal was done i never seen him again! i left the garage and the drove less than 100 yards when the car went into limp mode, i returned to the garage where they checked it over, i was left outside for nearly 2hrs (bitterly cold) whilst diagnostics checks where carried out. a mechanic drove out with my car on a test, parked it up, i approached and asked what the fault was and was it related to the code that appaired on the dash? the mechanic denied there was a fault until the service manager stepped in and tried to explain the fault.(left me outside in the cold for nearly 2hrs because of covid but still failed to sanitise the car after the mechanic had drove it)!!! all this time the lad that sold me the car did not come out of the office and see me! when i returned home i booked the car into a garage for the timing belt change, whilst in the garage i asked them to have a good check over the car.... the faults 3 of the 4 tyres were damaged i had to purchase 4 new tyres, camshaft oil seal was leaking, had this resealed, sump gasket was leaking, resealed, steering arm had been replaced to zip tie was added to the gater, tracking was wayyyy out....the entire drivers side of the car had been repainted...was told it had never in an accident!!!! both strut top require changing..........crack on the windscreen which was not noticed at time of purchase.... now the car struggles to go into 3rd gear...... email has been sent to Reed customer care no reply!! so from my point of view this garage is untrustworthy and i would avoid purchasing a vehicle from them. i have been in contact with my finance company who have logged my complaint, i am in the process of sending my findings to the AA as their name is associated with Reed Autos..... To summaries my experience with Reed Autos... Shocking!!!

Our preparation stages are in place to ensure anything like this is rectified before sale. I purchased my "new to me" car from Reed Auto's Cambridge over the internet, my first experience of this type of deal. Throughout the procedure I dealt with Ross Taylor, he was very helpful with all of my many questions, supplied me with a personalised video of the car and frequently telephoned me to advise of progress. My car was delivered by car transporter, on schedule, thankyou " Jono" very helpful great to deal with. I am very happy with the condition of the car and the drive experience, Hopefully many years of trouble free ownership. Thankyou "Ross Taylor" and Reed Auto's Cambridge.
