Had a bmw for my dad off chris he made sure the car was A1 before we collected it superb car he had it for 8 mths found it was a bit big for him so we went back to see chris he gave him the full price we paid against a toyota yaris that they had on the forecourt which is superb and hes loving it highly recommend long established car sales with after sales second to none, cheers to everyone at pontardulais motor company.

Not one to write a review usually, but after seeing such negative ones on here, I felt I had to share my experiences. Myself and my family have bought cars from Pontardulais Motor Company for over fifteen years. All of the staff are so helpful and offer advice without the pushy sales tactic. All of the cars we have bought from them have been great cars. We did have a problem with a fiesta my sister bought last year, which you can sometimes expect with second hand cars, but David and Chris were fantastic and did what was needed to put the car right, even loaning my sister a car whilst hers was having work completed. I would certainly not buy from another garage as Pontardulais Motor Company have always sold us good quality cars and their after sales service is second to none. If you like dealing with genuine people, go and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I have had several cars from Pontarddulais Motor Company and wouldn't go anywhere else they have always had outstanding customer service even going so far as replacing my window and stereo after a theft outside my home when they clearly had no obligation to. Buying a second hand car can be worrying at times as we all know there are no guarantees with new or used cars but that's why I wouldn't go anywhere else because I know I've always got the integrity of the owners to relay on and that's second to none thanks Pontarddulais Motor Company see you guys soon :)

I have owned quite a few cars and the worst cars i have had by miles are the last 2 pieces of junk from Pontarddulais motor company even though they cost a combined 10 grand. Nothing but problems with the 5 year old Vauxhall Insignia i bought last year. Everything has been replaced on it from the ignition coil pack to the gear box and cam belt and tensioner and still it has severe loss of power. Too many problems to list on here and took it to ATS, Halfords among others who tried all kinds of things to fix the problems. Constantly took it back to Pontarddulais Motor Company who assured me that there was nothing seriously wrong with the car. Finally took it back to the vauxhall dealership for full service and diagnosis who advised me to scrap it as it isnt safe to be on the road. So i am left with a useless heap of metal that i still have 3 years to pay on that still cant get me to work even though its had thousands of pounds worth of maintenance on it. No choice but to go to citizens advise and trading standards. Moral of the story is never buy a vauxhall and never buy a car from Pontarddulais Motor Company.

Absolutely ridiculous. Bought a car from here, been problems throughout and they're aware of this, had nothing to prove the problems were dealt with, they said we can have money back if not satisfied, went back to have our money back as the car was absolutely terrible, refusing, not answering the phone, went there and told us no end of so we are now taking it to a small court. Absolutely ridiculous! Pontardulais Motor Company is the worst place ever.
