Was in the market for a decent diesel SUV nothing local to me but I saw a Duster on eBay I contacted them to see it was still in stock it was so I made the trip to go and see it…well it was OK but not “stunning” as the seller described it went for a test drive and again it was OK so I traded it my car and paid deposit…the day came to collect and something was nagging at me when I got there… 1st I couldn’t tax the car as it is a disability vehicle so they told me to drive it (untaxed) to the post office to sort it… 2nd the car was as filthy inside as the day I test drove it… 3rd a few minutes into the drive the oil light came on I drove back they took a cursory inspection under the bonnet (after trying to figure out and me telling them where the dipstick was!) told me to go to their local garage to have it inspected… 4th again a few minutes in an almighty Bang! Limp home mode… Much smoke! And it dies on me! Had to dump the car at the side of the road! 5th had to walk back to the garage with my elderly mother in an area we didn’t know… I rejected the car and fortunately got my cash and car back but if I had got that car on the Motorway and it cut out it could have been a different story! The car is now back up for sale on eBay and website! I’m never normally lost for words but I just can’t! Avoid if you value your life and your hard earned money!
Today I went to see the cars for sale at Poolstok car sales. A Peugeot caught my attention right at the entrance to the car park. The car had a lot of rust on the door sills, driver's door and fenders. It was raining outside, none of the staff -he took into account During this time I noticed that the rear windows of the car were open and water from the rain was leaking inside the car, but who cares? The displayed price of £3300 seems like a bad joke to me, who buys something like that ?
These guys went above and beyond with my fiat 500. Fab service would highly reccomend. Couple of things needed sorting out and it was done in a flash. The v5 logbook arrived today. Everything has been excellent. Keep up the good work. Thanks Sarah.

Bought a Kia Rio from these con men …. Since getting it I’ve had lots of problems and took it to the garage to find out they had tried covering up a head casket and radiator problem
Since buying 2 Mini Coopers, the garage staff allowed me to get a small defect fixed on the boot door, the air conditioning recharged and a new break light fitted at their local garages and all free of charge.

Firstly, no hard sell, friendly pleasant staff. Shreef and his daughter were very welcoming. The car was a few hundred below average market price. Time will tell if the car is a good buy but on the face of it it seems to be in good condition. Can only comment on price and staff really and i couldn't fault either.
Bought a Citroen Grand clutch slips in every gear. Contacted them no reply. Avoid. Wife got Covid-19 so she couldn’t drive the car till recently.

To be honest, I was apprehensive about buying a car because of all the negative reviews I have read about Poolstock. But all credit to the guys who run this business - I have a lovely car from them which suits my needs exactly. I would certainly go back to them again and feel that they have been unfairly criticised in some quarters.

Went to buy an Audi a1, battery dead, spring broken on suspension and water leak. Yet selling the car as immaculate. They said they’ll fix it before buying the car. Left a small deposit and they sent it for MOT. 5 days later MOT was done and apparently broken parts fixed. To be honest by that time I lost trust in the dealer, they’re selling shoddy cars as immaculate. Their salesman think they’re clever when you can see through their B*ll. god knows what else they did with car when they had it for 5 days. Never trust a dealer who can’t sell you a car as advertised and you can drive away the same day.
