Told by sales manager after problem with new gle and have it in writing vehicle can use 1 litre of oil every 621 miles ,not mentioned when i brought the vehicle and took 46 hours to get recovered and loan car delivered worst service ever arter buying meny new mercedes and this is not concidered a problem after vehicle had lost 1 and half litres in 1800 mile ,beware not mentioned when buying vehicle
Despite some negative reviews I can honestly say that Mark,Scott, and Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and genuinely nice people. I purchased a lovely little car which is a dream to drive. I have no doubt that if anything adverse does appear they will be happy to rectify it.

Bought a car recently from them. Issues from the day i picked it up! Faulty MOT that was stated as clean! Warning lights on after 15 hours of ownership, Spent a-lot of money only to have it returned within a week Extremely rude, obnoxious and patronizing Stay away.

This customer came to collect her new car and sat in it with the ignition on for a good 10 minutes while setting up her phone. It then failed to start. To avoid a further instance we advised her to take her part exchange home and we replaced the battery and delivered the car back to her 50 miles away the very next morning. A few days later she noticed a 4WD warning light come on. She had it inspected by an independent garage who miss diagnosed it with £1500 worth of work. ( Turned out to be a blown fuse)We immediately offered to give her a full refund. Not sure what else we could of done I think this review is totally unjust.

Hi guys I’ve been visiting your forecourt over the years and bought a couple cars from you in the past and I’ve noticed the preparation and presentation of your cars are of a higher standard ! No stains on seats no scratches etc have you a new valeting company you are using as the cars look superb now

We went to pick up a car we'd agreed to buy on a visit a couple of days earlier. They'd promised to fix a few minor issues that we'd raised, but on inspection we discovered they'd done almost nothing. When we pointed this out they denied they'd agreed to do anything. They became very rude and intimidating. They probably thought that as we were elderly, and had paid a deposit, we would accept the situation. We were having none of it, and warned them we would contact Trading Standards and/or sue them. This appeared to turn the tables and our deposit was soon returned. These are exceedingly dishonest and unpleasant people, to be avoided at all costs.

Brought a Nissan Juke from Poole Bay Motors, sold us a very unsafe car, even though they knew we had a 6 week old baby they still sold us a death trap, luckily I took the car to my mates garage and he fixed it, after taking it back to Poole Bay and them fixing it 1st. Please please PLEASE do NOT buy from these. its not worth the risk. Terrible.

Bought a nissan navara from Poole Bay Motors and I was assured no issues with chassis on sale date. Milage incorrect on invoice as per advert. Nissan scrapped car and i lost 2k on it.

From my first enquiry to successfully purchasing an excellent used BMW Poole Bay Motors have been excellent. I had a couple of minor queries after purchase that probably weren't down to PBM but they stepped up immediately and went over and above the normal levels of service. They gave me a very fair PX price on my old car and I thought my purchase price was also pretty fair. Highly recommended, BTW I have owned over 50 cars and this has been one of the best experiences. 50, good grief!

Bought a car which had repeated issues and turned out to have serious water damage and was a right off. A very expensive mistake and Poole Bay were not interested in helping and were downright rude at times. Steer clear!!
We bought a car from poole Motors. They lied about the servicing and the work they'd done to the car. It broke down 4 times within the first 8 months of us having it. It's cost us a lot of money. Our own mechanic serviced it and said hadn't had filters etcchanged for years. They are like cowboys to deal with.
