Poole Bay Motors think they can intimidate past customers. No customer service and denial of rubbish cars and warranty they tell you about. Please never buy from these people. Dreadful experience cost us 2k. No remorse or customer service.
Poole Bay Motors are not even worth one star. Serious fault. No customer service. A disgrace. Don’t know how they can sleep at night after my experience.

My husband and I both bought our cars from here. My husband's car has been amazing unfortunately mine had a major fault that much as they tired they could not fix. Unlike some of the reviews i've read the staff at both the sales and the garage were amazing. They couldn't have done any more to keep me informed and keep me happy. When i buy my next car i willl definitely be back to Poole Bay Motors. Alex you're a star!
Do not buy your car from Poole bay motors. I never received a guarantee and the car had so many problems that's they said they would fix but bodged it. The car leaked diesel, water badly and oil. When requested the first time of a new cambelt to be fitted I was told yes we did do it but infact hadn't and eventually did the second time when I returned the car with all its leaks. I didn't trust the garage or sales office at Poole bay motors. They don't communicate well with one another and I have since paid to have a full service and the leaks to be fixed again along with 2 completely bold tyres.
