Having previously owned a Lexus I rang Lexus Poole to look at the LBX under the motorbility scheme. The lady I spoke said the salesman was outside but she would pass my details on to him. After not recieving a call I waited until around 2:30pm the following day to see if they had my correct phone number and was told they only have one Motability salesman and he was busy but would call me back. Around 4pm the salesman phoned and told me he had only just read his emails and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I was looking to change my Motability car and was interested in looking at the LBX. Straight away he told me how much I would need to pay, obviously I already knew this and was aware of the cost. He then said he couldn’t possibly see me until next week again reiterating how busy he was. I explained that I couldn’t make next week but was looking at a Volvo on Saturday and would be happy to call in then to at least have a look at the model and possibly sit in it to make sure it was comfortable enough to things further. I tried to explain that I didn’t really need to see the ‘mobility specialist’ just for that but he didn’t take much notice. I did point out to him that having previously purchased a new Lexus in the past albeit from a different dealer it was only a matter of checking that I could sit comfortably in it but he wasn’t at all interested in what I was saying, he just kept going on about how busy he was, not about my needs! Really poor service and very let down by the whole experience.

Maybe good for buy Lexus cars but if you buying other cars its really rubbish service, already waiting for car one week and every day have phone call that is something not done yet, MOT fail ( car with was on sale by Lexus Poole more than two week on the website fail MOT). Car was completely not prepare for sale, not valet, broken parking sensors, etc. Finance agreement sing week ago and car still not ready for collect, part with is for replace they replace for NON genuine parts only third party , on MTO is come up front Tire for replace and they try fit budget tire for 3.0 Mercedes sport model. LOL On day when I sing financial agreement I don't know about that faults, they not informed me about that, broken parking sensors I was discovery after test drive. How company like Lexus put car on website for sale and not check vehicle that is free from any issue? I don't understand that. Please be aware when you gonna buy used car from them, I guess that all used car is not check before sale. Always you protected by Consumer Act 2015 and you can reject purchase vehicle. Update 27/02/2018 Finally after waiting week time Lexus Poole call me and invite me for collect my car, and guess what people? MORE PROBLEMS NO THE WAY! Thats is incredible they nothing learn or they have Us Customers in ……. don’t want write that word here. I come collect car, and they lost that green slip from V5 document for new Keeper and don’t have that, later they give me 12 months warranty document no o n my car only on some Lexus CT 200 LOL, Later when I get finally all and drive home I discovery that they not give me MOT certificate and at the end of day in gap insurance(BTW they overpriced over 150 pound than you can have online) they put wrong my address where all other documents have correct address. How they doing that? Can’t understand . Update 8/03/2018 If you thinking that is end of my problems with Lexus Poole you wrong, week after collect my car it’s come up on dashboard Main Service warning light lol, they even don’t care about service car before sale only they done MOT and thats is not finish, I was call Mercedes Poole to ask how much will be cost me that Main service and it is 459 pounds! I spend for car 15K and they Not done service, valet they overprice me selling gap insurance and at the end of day Lexus Poole only care about that negative review and they try pay me 100 pound and fix one windscreen chip for remove that comment. And guess what happen , they screw this as well ! Lexus Poole ignore all what they promises to me, for them important is only money what they have from sale and nothing else. P.S Most interested is how they give me 12 months warranty for that car if I don’t have done service before sale? Interested . THEN PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU GOING DEAL WITH THEM DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE!

I bought a Lexus IS from Lexus in Poole, the car is the best I've ever had by far. The service was a cut above, they know everything there is to know about the cars as you would expect from a proper lexus dealership. I got an excellent warranty too. I Couldn't be happier
