Aftersales is totaly none existant if you have a problem after you buy the car.
Don't buy from these people, worst experience in my life, as the previous review they are quite nice when selling, but don't like resolving issues. On collecting the car there was no log book, no second key or vehicle pass. Car supplied with a full MOT, how they managed that when the horn did not work. I have since found many more hidden issues. Rather than buy from Poolfoot Motors one would be far better off to buy direct from an auction's. Due to time constraints and taking the car abroad, I would have reported this company to trading standards and the police.

Awful garage, awful staff! I will never use this place again. They appear to be great when they want to sell you a car, but this is where the friendly service ends. I've tried for months to resolve a problem with my purchase, unfortunately they're not interested and are now quite rude when I contact them.
