In forty years of Porsche ownership I have never been overcharged, even at this dealership but was overcharged twice within the space of six weeks whilst having my two 911s serviced. Customer liaison and ability to understand the brief given, dreadful and in the final analysis the manager has the temerity to traduce the customer. No confidence in the current incarnation

Recently purchased a Ruby star Boxster 718 RV23 WCE Worst car buying experience ever! Car arrived damaged with dents to door, Chips to door edge, stone chips to bumper and wing tops. George the approved used manager told me to call around for quotes! As soon as the car was paid for the service was none existent. The service I received from George was unprofessional and verging on incompetence I rejected the car and recommended you avoid this dealership
Ordered a new Macan from Porsche Exeter it took 14 months to arrive due to a mistake by one of there top sales men The car is 1 year old today Never one after collecting the car did I get a call or any contact from the Dealership
Left the Porsche dealer 6 years ago due to bad service and used an independent. Two Porsche cars later and I have now bought a car with Porsche warranty. The transmission is suspect and there is a speaker rattle. I have also ordered and paid in full for a towbar to be fitted. It is goi g to take four months for Porsche Exeter to be able to fit me in to fit the towbar and three full months before they can get the car in to look at the suspected faults! Porsche Warranty…… waste of time!
I am over the moon with my Porsche from Porsche in Exeter! I have had it for a few months now and I have no issues with it at all! The car was immaculate and the staff there were more than helpful and friendly. I am really pleased and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
