Porsche Review There are many reviews on this page that I feel don’t correctly reflect the experience that most people would have here. I would like to credit Porsche West London with the way they have assisted me the past few weeks - especially in these challenging times. I unfortunately had some initial challenges with my Porsche that I purchased outside of London. One of the issues were a broken wheel lock nut in the car which became an issue due to a puncture I had during quarantine. As I was a NHS volunteer and required use of my car to deliver PPE and medication, Quikfit tyres were not going to change the wheel due to the state of the locknut and the potential damage that could be done when trying to remove. Porsche GB HQ were especially kind to reach out to the dealer principal at Porsche West London who kindly came into the dealership during lockdown (while it was closed) to help me attend to the wheel. Very grateful for the assistance from the team. When the centre opened up, I dealt with Dean from the Service Centre. The team had an excellent service check in facility, especially with the new protocols with Covid-19. He was very responsive on email/phone with updates of my car, and estimated times needed as the car was needed over two days. When collecting the car, it was valeted professionally and returned to me on time. Dean walked through in detail the work done on the car, which was very reassuring for a Porsche Enthusiast and considering the run around I was given Thank you Porsche West London for the service and work on the car and would recommend to anyone based on my experience!

I took my Cayenne for a regular service and with hours they called stating that the brake discs needed changing. This was absolutely not required so I declined. On picking up the car, they stated that despite me asking not to they had changed the discs and tried to charge me a fortune for this and the service - even though I has booked the fixed price service. Not only this, but after I declined to pay, they sent a mechanic out to my car and I could see him removing an oil container from the car - despite this being my own oil and having been in my car when I took it to them. Terrible experience and it has stopped me ever buying a porsche again.
Worst technical support ever, servicing one of the most expensive, support for technical enquiries non existing, or they don’t know what are they talking about. Cars are thankfully great but that has nothing to do with west london service. Sales are good but everything ends there, after sales support not to expecting standards. Simple questions about updates of software never answered PCM support just horrible.

Lot's of staff parade around at this dealership, but seem disinterested in engaging with anyone waiting for help. After a lengthy wait I was served and left my car in the morning for an Oil Service, which took a day and a half to fix, the cost was an expensive £1,540, and what really surprised me was the car was returned as dirty as it arrived. I would have expected the car to be washed at the very least, that's what my experience has been with BMW dealers who provide standard car cleaning before returning. There was also no offer of any courtesy car to nearest train station despite the fact I had a suitcase and it was raining. The whole experience left a bad taste, I'll look elsewhere in future.
Porsche Centre West London quoted me £870 for a 40k service on my 4 year old Macan, it ended up costing me £1,875. The told me there was an oil leak on the drive belt tensioner and that they had sprayed it with leak detector. and to re book the car in for a check. My car was picked up for this service, so 6 weeks later I asked for a pick up again to be told my post code was now outside there pick up area, so basically find another dealer to assist. also trying to telephone them is a nightmare. Never had this problem with Mercedes or BMW So avoid at all costs. ps I have bought 8 brand new Porsches for Chiswick/Reading including five 911,s

DO NOT USE THE PORSCHE CENTRE WEST LONDON - Dishonest and your typical pushy sales people with zero after-care. I have bought two cars from Porsche Chiswick over the past two years.(A 718 and macan) The second was a second hand Porsche Macan which was sold me by a man named Andrew Kerr. He lied to me about the service history just to me push to buy the vehicle on the day. I had to service the vehicle straight after buying it! I then had an engine issue with the car, and when brought in the car for repair - I was told the parts to repair the engine were not covered under their warrantee and I needed to pay £2k+ for parts and labour. The manager Dean's was dismissive and rude and stated "Do you think Porsche would cover a £2000 job for you?" They stated the car should have been brought in when the car engine fault light came on. The fact is I booked the repair at this point - the issue is they have a 2 month lead time on any repairs! Not good enough for such a big brand. The people that work on their services desk do not have any clue whatsoever on customer service. I have had to chase them daily for any updates however still no reply before the weekend. .A shocking experience - A very poor way to treat a very loyal customer. I was due to buy another Porsche for my wife for Christmas from their dealership. Definitely not anymore.

Lots of good Porsche centres around, only buy from here if you want non aftercare / to visit a lovely building multiple times and not have your teething problems fixed
APPAULING SERVICE/STAY AWAY Booked my Porsche Cayenne S at the beginning of June 2017, to get the car in on the 21st June to replace the timing belts. Dropped the car off at 8am, and was told they would give me a call once it was ready. Had to take the day off and hang around all day. At 3pm, the service advisor by the name of Asa Whyte called me to say they have checked the car and there were a few things that needed to be done. I have declined most of it, one hour later he calls me again saying they had ordered the wrong timing belts and I had to leave the car there overnight, I went there straightaway, was fuming and told him to get the car out I would go and get it done somewhere else, half way home tried to put the air con on it was no longer working, so drove right back and told the guy to either fix the air con or leave it as it was, it was working when I handed the car in. The mechanic or technician as they are called, went thru the service book, and elaborated this list below. He spent the time doing these checks instead of replacing the timing belts, that would take an hour job. Any garage can do a better job than these useless mechanics. What they did not know was that for the last couple of years I have been going to a Porsche specialist garage, and had all the bills with me. The car had a major service 5 months ago including new spark plugs, brake fluid, oil service, filters etc. These people are worse than a cartel they take you for a ride, I would advise people considering using them to buy a new car or take the car there to service to avoid them. They are the most unprofessional and dishonest people I have come across. I have used Porsche service centre at Tonbridge, Mid Sussex and East London and was never treated this way.
