Given the difficult current circumstances, I really can't fault these guys. I've been driving my purchase around for about a week and a couple of hundred miles with no problems, delivery was bang on time and the service polite and courteous. Love the idea of the virtual walk-round and test drive on YouTube, allowing me to arrive to see and test drive for real with the intention to buy barring any unforeseen problems.

I am an engine builder so basically in the motor trade. I purchased a Nissan x trail from James at Porters Service Station in 2016. Taking it and caravan to France twice. All 11.8 metres in total. Never missed a beat just sold for good money. Now waiting to replace with a 4x4 truck off James porter...

I recently bought an Audi A3 from Porters Service Station and I spoke throughout the transaction with James Porter. His communication in the build-up was excellent and very reassuring with his honesty, knowledge of the vehicle and politeness. There was at no time any pressure to buy and he was very patient during the whole process. The vehicle itself was clean, well presented and fair value for money. I would not hesitate to deal with this garage or salesperson again - and I am a very demanding customer!

Bought car from Porters Service Station, asked questions about bodywork condition rust etc lied just to get the custom bonnet needs a full respray due to road chip one Broken door handle a and starter which I mention totally blanks me of most of these model of cars same problem ( mg)

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t totally satisfied with the service you received, however this 2004 vehicle was advertised with having stone chips on the bonnet due to it having covered over 100,000 Miles and we repaired your door handle free of charge as soon as the fault was reported. The starter motor failed over 6 months after your purchased the vehicle as such the warranty period had expired. I offered advice on where best to have this repaired and certainly didn’t “blank you”. To say that we lied just to get the sale is completely untrue, you personally inspected this vehicle and were satisfied with the condition of the bodywork at the time of purchase and that it was as described in the advert.
I HAVE PURCHASED A NUMBER OF VEHICLES THROUGH PORTERS SERVICE STATION. ALL WERE SUPER CLEAN, VALUE FOR MONEY AND GREAT VEHICLES. THE STAFF ARE ALL GREAT AND LOVELY TO THE LOCAL CHILDREN WHO FREQUENT THE SHOP FOR ICE CREAMS AND TREATS. IT IS WELL STOCKED AND OPEN FOR THE EARLY MORNING RUSH. AFFORDABLE COFFEE UNLIKE OTHER PETROL STATIONS AND A GOOD SELECTION OF MOTOR NEEDS, REFRESHMENTS AND GROCERIES.

Rude people, i really wasn't interested after a few minutes, and not because of the cars. Blond lady in the shop was rude, seriously don't bother with Porters Service Station, there is much better out there.

Very happy with my experience with Porters Service Station. I bought a Ford Transit a few months ago and I have had no issues with it at all, it was nice and clean and in good condition and a very good price. the dealers were a big help and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family,

Really good dealership, brilliant experience dealing with them. They were very friendly and happy to help. The car was really clean and in good condition and the only issues was a small plastic clip that was broken but they ordered the part and got it sorted for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
