Where do I start , from the minute I got in contact with Steve at Poshwheels he could never have been more helpful ! We traveled 4 hours to see th car and Steve took time out on his day off to accommodate me ! He was so pleasant and so helpful with everything I asked for and needed ! After I decided this was the perfect car I ask for a few MINOR faults to be correct purely for my own satisfaction. Steve kindly agreed . I had to explain to Steve my situation with work about the fact I hadn't been paid on time and he was more than understanding ! He gave me time to gather the deposit and I could only afford half at this point because of unforeseen circumstances , Steve understood completely and still remained loyal and keeping the car for me , this was the case for a few weeks and Steve still remained a gentleman throughout the whole process until my situation was sorted ! I would highly recommend Steve !!! And I have also kept his information for future references as I had 110% customer satisfaction and WOULD hesitate to go anywhere else now !!! I'll will definitely be dealing with Steve and Poshwheels in the future

Found Steve to be a very friendly chap. As we live some 3 hours away from him and couldn't get to see the car until some days later, we paid a deposit for him to keep the car until we could view it. Communications was really good. The vehicle was exactly as described and the deal was done, quickly and painlessly. Would recommend and would use again if/when in the market for a change of car

Bought a Subaru Impreza Type UK From Steve, Amazing Value for money with thousands spent on the car and took my Z4 in for a good reasonable part ex price. i drove 3 hours to get to Mansfield and the car was exactly as described when i arrived, even tho it was a Sunday, the sale was not rushed at all, Steve explained everything he could throughout. when putting my £500 deposit down and the car was fully reserved for me for a whole week and the main reason for this review, is that Steve seemed to have all the time in the world for me, whenever i needed to call, i was not rushed off the phone, he was happy to chat about the car as long as i needed to, very helpful, and always answered messages immediately, very smooth sale, and very happy with my Impreza!

Same as another reviewer , owner talk extensively about himself and how many millions of pounds he's turned over (yawn), VERY in your face and when we pointed out a couple of faults he was also rude . We were interested 'still' until he rudely told us to leave . If I ran my business like that I'd expect reviews like this .

Hi I don't often write reviews but just had to write about my experience today Saw a Merc SLK I liked on EBay, just brought a car that didn't fit me well from elsewhere, txt then rang Steve and we had a good chat and met the following day. Stevens car was perfect, just what I wanted at a good price, I didn't know but my car had some issues and although it wasn't nice for these to be pointed out we still did a deal that was good for us both I have read some reviews and just wanted to say that I have brought a lot of cars but Steve was an absolute treasure ! He helped me sort things out when he didn't need to, he trusted me and I trusted him, he was very honest and very reasonable I would recommend him to any of my friends and will be calling on him when I choose my next car. The salesman I came across when I went to view a car at Poshwheels in Mansfield seemingly wanted to talk more about himself than the car. Was very in your face and didn't like having any faults pointed out on the prospective purchase vehicle and so was rude and abrupt upon departure. Would not have bought from this individual due to his attitude. Ignored me totally upon arrival, only acknowledged my husband.

In my defence ref the BMW for £32000 It was sold at the asking price and it wasn't anything to do with it being sold for more. The lady had spoke to me on the phone with ref the car and said it would take a couple of weeks to raise the funds...which is a fair comment. No deposit was paid to secure the vehicle and we had had several other interested parties...so unless a deposit is paid we can only work on a first come first served basis as we get calls every day for vehicles and cannot go on a might come in a couple of weeks....WE ARE A BUSINESS....and have sold 1000s of cars over the years I did say im so sorry but but she got upset hence the negative posting...wish I had 2 but it was a very rare car ...its a very rare happening now days with the abundance of cars via the internet To sum up.... I found poshwheels to be very very unprofessional, I kept in touch with Steve for 2 weeks on purchasing a car £32,000 as I was not from the area I said about leaving a deposit he said no as it wont go. Cut a long story short I had arranged to look at it on the 19th May 14 after getting the cash sorted and Insuring the vehicle and getting a HPI check done on it. (Steve knowing that I would be taking the car home that day). I received a text call 18th May 14 at 18.08 stating that sorry the car is sold. Needless to say I was very unhappy I would not recommend using these people as I think he would sell his nan if he got more money from someone else.........
