My Porsche Macan is lovely, I am very happy with the way it drives. Bill got me everything I needed, it was very much just a have a cup of tea and a good chat type of vibe. He is a good bloke, I am happy with everything and with the car, it is all hunky dory. I am sure I will be back soon as I go through my cars quite quickly, I am terrible for it. If I ever had a problem I am very confident Bill would get it all sorted for me as that is just who he is. You buy the bloke not the car, and well I bought the car so he must be good. I think he owes me a pint after bigging him up like this haha. Seriously though, I would be the first to say if something wasn't right but he was bob on.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from Bill at PPM Automotive. There was an issue with my Nissan Qashqai but he handled the situation very well and throughout the whole process, he was incredibly helpful and professional. So I can't complain and I would highly recommend.

Everything is going fabulous with my new Ferrari 458, and I do have to say I have bought multiple cars from Bill at PPM, and he has never steered me wrong. All the cars are in immaculate condition and prime to drive. I have just taken the Ferrari through the Swiss Alps, and it has just been perfection. Everything about my dealings with PPM Automotive has been fantastic. I really don't have a bad thing to say and will continue to recommend their services to everyone, as it has just been the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

What a fantastic customer experience from PPM Automotive! Having travelled from Ireland to view the VW Caddy I must say, I am extremely happy with the service I received. I was picked up from the train station and taken to the dealership, which was very much appreciated. The van was in great condition and had been well prepped. Before flying over, Bill had sent me multiple walk-arounds and videos of the van running. On arrival, the van was exactly as described, and the communication was all around perfection. really can't pick a fault, and the conversation between us flowed, so wasn't that awkward conversation, nor did I feel any pressure to actually buy the VW Caddy. Bill is just a very pleasant fellow, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. will most certainly be looking to buy from them again.
