After an extensive search for a CLS 500, I finally found the 'right' car for me with PPM in Milton Keynes. I have been searching and although my criteria was quite tight, this car ticked every single box, spec, age, condition, mileage etc. I had never had any dealings with PPM before, but from the photos of the car and showroom, it looked pristine, the online presence read very impressive too. I made the decision to buy the car and when I called I spoke to Ryan, he was very helpful and explained the process. I also dealt with a very knowledgeable salesman, Aaron - he was incredible from the off set, I cannot fault his customer service, absolutely superb. It was a nice experience and one different to previous, very relaxed and non pressured approach. PPM comes with my recommendation, I will 100% visit here again when ready.

I wouldn't hesitate using PPM again and I would be more than happy recommending to my friends and family. My purchase was simple and stress-free, a very straight forward process and easy to speak to, everybody was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I bought a Mercedes E53 AMG and the car is unreal! Thanks boys, Ill be back when ready for an upgrade.

I must say using PPM to buy my BMW M3 was a pleasure, what a brilliant experience. I saw the car online and I knew by the photo's it had been well kept, it was stunning. 1 thing that stood out the most was the salesman's knowledge and confidence in what he was doing, there was never any doubt. The customer service was fantastic through-out, they worked effifecenly and quick and always provided regular updates. The car is lovely, I only really use it on the weekends, but its a dream, very happy and highly recommend.

I was on the hunt for a new work van when I found a Vauxhall Vivaro at PPM Milton Keynes. I could see from the stock, website and showroom that work vans wasn't what this dealership specialised in. I received customer service as though I was buying one of their prestige cars, a special thanks to Bill - a great bloke and nothing is too much trouble. The van is fantastic, exactly what I needed and running well, its a nice drive too. It's likely I will contact Bill when I need to upgrade either my car or work van and deal with PPM again, Highly recommend.

The purchase experience was very good - responsive and flexible on setting up viewing and test drive. The process side was kept simple and straightforward as it should be with a good reading of my preferences. Post purchase follow up was very good indeed - I did not feel "forgotten" afterwards

A very smooth and swift process, although I didn't have face to face communication, I still received high levels of customer service. Bill was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, he answered all questions to a high standard. I bought a Toyota Pro Ace Verso and its in immaculate condition, very good value for money, I'm pleased with it. I would have no issues in buying from PPM again in the future and I will certainly recommend to others.
