I contacted PPM in Milton Keynes regarding a Jaguar I-Pace they had for sale. I'd been keeping an eye out for this particular car for some time, when I found this one it ticked all the right boxes, it looked, read and sounded like the real deal. The spec was spot on, mileage was low and the condition of the car was pristine, very well looked after. I couldn't fault the customer service, I dealt with Bill who was brilliant, extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable. I collected the vehicle from Milton Keynes and when I arrived the car was ready for me, clean and looking superb - I'm chuffed to bits with the car and will happily return to buy here again.

I'm usual quite a hard man to please and I tend to pick up on faults and mistakes, but when I bought my BMW X5 from PPM Milton Keynes, I was blown away with the level of care, service and transparency. I cannot fault the car, service or process at all. It was effortless, seamless and a very nice enjoyable experience. Its the first time I've bought from PPM but I really like the way they work, I will very likely use them again to part exchange the X5 and take something new when I'm ready to upgrade. The stock is absolutely incredible and they look after it very well. Bill took the time out of his day to send me an 8 minute video of the car, very detailed and informative, really impressed with this and it was the next best thing to viewing it myself. In all honesty, Bill made the experience for me, we built up a great relationship and I could tell he was very confident in what he is doing, he had a great amount of detail and knowledge about the car, he really did impress me. I couldn't not buy the car, it was exactly what I wanted and I had full confidence in the dealership. The X5 has been nothing but perfect, its a lovely motor, and I'm really impressed with it. Thanks to Bill and the team at PPM for looking after me!

I recently bought an Audi A3 Sport from PPM Milton Keynes I am really enjoying the car. The service provided was absolutely top class, Bill went above and beyond to get me in this car, he did everything he could to help me. My mum found the dealer online and when she showed me the car I had my heart set on it, its was exactly what I wanted. Bill went above and beyond, he even opened up on a Sunday for me to come and view the car, this was my only availability, really accommodating and helpful. Super service, highly recommend and I will look at PPM next time I'm looking to upgrade my car!

I have driven and owned many cars in the past, but I've never owned a BMW, now I understand what all the fuss is about, I've recently purchased a BMW 4 Series, the car is superb, it's beautiful to drive, a really lovely car. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't visit the site and do the usual walk around / demo etc. However Bill at PPM, went above and beyond to ensure I had an understanding of the car. He did a detailed video tour around the car, explained all the functions and performance, I was blown away with how much effort he went to. Really great customer service, and it certainly helps that Bill is a great guy, very nice to talk to and easy to deal with. I can't criticise anything at all, I would be more than happy to buy from PPM in Milton Keynes again, I've already recommend to a couple of work friends!

Massively impressed with this dealership, I went to buy a Mercedes C43 AMG, I had seen it online and it looked pristine, when I got there and saw it in person, the photo did not do it justice. The car is beautiful, its exactly what I wanted, if not better. Bill was brilliant, great communication, I was kept fully updated, he explained everything thoroughly to me, and helped with paperwork etc. PPM will be the first place I visit when I'm looking at upgrading.

Amazing. Just amazing. I cannot fault PPM what so ever, they absolutely went above and beyond, the customer service levels here are nothing like I've seen before, brilliant. Really chuffed with the Mercedes, its a fantastic car, and was great value for money. The car is in top condition, and looks immaculate. PPM Milton Keynes, would be the first place I recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car, this will probably be the only dealership I return to to buy again.

As I been with them I did experience the excellent at all aspects customer service car price car condition warranty free insurance for 5 days and even had new front tyres and polish all around car. Also pristine inside immaculate all around and perfect detail and description of the car without any doubt one of my best car buying in my life. Super impressed with PPM Milton Keynes, the service was second to none! Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he kept me well informed right up until delivery. He explained everything in detail and ensured I was fully up-to-speed and happy with the process. I bought a BMW M4 and I'm extremely pleased with it.
