Extremely poor aftersale care, was told they would source and fit a missing part for my car, it is now three months on from the sale and I have had no updates. I have no chase periodically with no updates other than "we will chase" terrible aftersale care has overshadowed a a reasonably good experience.

From the moment I walked into their dealership, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect car I've been looking for. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I was impressed with the wide selection of high-quality vehicles they had available. The sales team was patient and answered all my questions, making sure I felt confident in my decision. The after-sales service has been exceptional as well. They have been prompt in addressing any concerns or issues I've had. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Motor Group for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and top-notch vehicles. Just to share my experience with Precision Motor Group. After booking an early appointment to view several cars, I felt really welcome on site, with plenty of time for me to ask questions (and to get the answers!), with a test drive of the car I was really interested in. Bought the car with just a small deposit that same morning, and it was delivered to me same day, mid afternoon, by truck at my house, serviced, taxed and cleaned! Could not have been more easy! Thanks to the Precision Motor Group team to have made me feel welcome, and to have this great customer service.

Great experience recently purchasing an Audi A3 from Precision Motor Group. I was looked after by Andrew who was really patient with us, as after a recent bad experience with another dealer, my dad gave him a pretty hard time and asked a lot of tough questions! I didn't get a sales-y vibe at all which I really appreciated and they had a huge range of cars to choose from. The after sales has also been great, I received a call to see how I was getting on with the car and I am confident that if I have any issues they will resolve it swiftly. My mum and sister are also now looking to purchase a car with Precision Motor Group, it is difficult to find reputable dealers, so we will be customers for life. Thanks again!
