Great service, highly recommended. I went to Precision Motor Group to chose a car, we applied for finance and get the answer next day. Until the evening all paperwork was done and picked up my new car. Friendly staff, helped me with all I needed🤩

Thankyou for your review, we are glad you are happy with your purchase. Kelly Precision motor group
I bought a car from precision last week and the customer service was excellent. All of the salesmen were really helpful and gave me all the information I needed with no hesitation whatsoever. It was a smooth and easy process throughout, everyone was polite and keen to help out when needed. Would definitely recommend. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I had a finance deal in place to purchase an Audi TT with this dealer, once I arrived to collect the car they added a £300 administration fee onto the deal. I declined to pay this additional fee, I immediately contacted the finance broker who confirmed the deal could be cancelled immediately. The dealership are not returning the funds transferred for the purchase which is preventling me from finding an alternative. This dealership is holding onto funds for a car they haven’t supplied, this is at best fraudulent and at worst theft, after a week of daily calls and no progress I am now taking legal advice and have commenced a claim. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Unfortunately you didn't directly purchase a car from us, but from the finance broker, the finance brokers charge an admin fee, which they should've explained to you, they ask us as a dealer to collect the fee on there behalf, when you decided you wanted to cancel, we sent the money back to the finance broker, who has too go through a lengthy process in order to get it back to you. As a dealership we have no control over what fees the finance broker charges. This is a reflection on the finance broker you used and not us as a dealership, had you have purchased directly through us none of the would have happened, on this basis feel like your review is very unfair and if you would like to buy another car please cone and see us and deal with us directly and see what a great experience we can provide.
Toby orsborn in response to Avoid:: do not trust this dealer
The response to this review by the dealer is typical of their behaviour during my problems with them, they took over three weeks to return the funds despite daily chasing from the finance company, the excuses included ‘people being on holiday’ once the money was eventually returned to the finance the closed the matter within 24 hours.
My daughter recently bought a BMW from this company. Within a week, she had identified numerous issues, none of which were immediately obvious when she bought the vehicle. However, having identified so many problems so soon after, she was understandably nervous about what else might be lurking under the bonnet and therefore exercised her right to reject the vehicle and claim a full refund. She sent Precision numerous emails outlining the problems and stating that she was exercising her right to reject, but they immediately started to make life difficult for her by insisting they would only deal with her if she called them. Unfortunately given her work commitments, my daughter was unable to do this and therefore asked that they respond by email. However, they refused to engage properly and when we did eventually speak to them, it was clear that they were not willing to accept her rejection of the vehicle. They refused to provide a full refund, and basically invited her to take them to court, saying it would cost her a lot of money to do so, and that it would take ages to resolve. They did offer to repair the faults, but my daughter was justifiably concerned about anything else that might be wrong with the car (she had identified 10 problems in the space of a week!) and so just wanted her money back. But they were intimidating, aggressive and rude, to the point where it was clear that they really were leaving her with little choice. Unfortunately, she had bought a dud. She knew it and so did they, yet they refused to allow her to exercise her consumer rights. They did eventually offer her a refund, but less £1,000 plus the cost of the warranty (a total of around £1,200). Their justification was simply that the vehicle had been used (she had done no more than two or three hundred miles) and was worth less than what she bought it for 2 weeks previously. PLEASE do not buy a vehicle from this company. Their tactics were aggressive and intimidating (which is an appalling way to treat a 20 year old girl). Unfortunately, I was not able to be with her when she bought the vehicle. Had I been present, I would have smelt a rat immediately as it’s pretty obvious what sort of company they are. Unfortunately it was a hard lesson for my daughter and extremely unfair that the rest of the motor trade gets tarnished by the shameful behaviour of companies such as Precision. I fully expect their response to this review to be equally as aggressive as they are in person.

Thankyou for your comments, your interpretation of the situation is incorrect, your daughter bought a car from us and yes it did develop a fault, we did try to call your daughter on numerous occasions to discuss the fault and get the car booked in for inspection. Which we are entitled to do as a dealership to identify what faults there are, as we were unable to inspect the car the accusation of there being 10 faults on the car, have no founding as we weren't given the chance to inspect it. Your daughter was outside the terms of returning the car and as a dealer we do have the right to inspect the car and repair it. As you clearly state in your review we did give your daughter the opportunity to have the car inspected and repaired. A company very willing to repair a car is not intimidating or bullying your daughter. If we were refusing to inspect or repair that would be unfair. Your daughter stated she would only communicate via email, we called on numerous occasions in order to speed up the process and get the car in for repair but we were unable to do so. We find your review unfair and not a true representation of what happened. Your daughter didn't want us to repair the car but wanted us to buy it back, we made an offer to buy it back based on her having it for a period of time and having another owner on it which devalues a car. The extended warranty company is a third party and we have no control over there terms in regards to refunds.

Having read Kelly's astonishing response to my review, she has clearly overlooked the simple fact that Precision refused to allow my daughter to exercise her consumer rights. The vehicle was a dud - plain and simple. She was fully entitled to reject the vehicle and ask for a refund but Precision refused to accommodate her request. When she told them that this was her right, Precision's response was simply to say that she would need to take them to court, which they said "would cost you a lot of money" and "would take ages to resolve". My daughter was 20 at the time. Young, vulnerable and easy to manipulate and so she begrudgingly had to accept the their offer of a partial refund, despite the fact that she was well within her rights to insist otherwise. Unfortuntately, the motor industry is largely unregulated which means that unscrupulous dealers such as this can get away with it. Precision do not appear to be accredited to the Motor Ombudsman which in my opinion, tells you all you need to know. I can only hope that enough people read this review and Kelly's response to make up their own minds as to what sort of company they really are.
