Please do not buy a car from these people. Car was unforgivable within 10 minutes of buying it. They didn't want to know . The MOT had been tampered with so wasnt correct. They were rude when I called and even the paperwork they got me to sign for was incorrect.

I brought a car from Premier Car Sales back in feb 2019 and i have on going issues with the car, since july 2019 i am unable to even drive this car due to the head gasket on its way out, before that it was spark plugs which costs £400 and before that a couple days after i got the car i was getting a error message on the screen which needed a new cambelt and water pump change aswell as the boot door not opening, now im being quoted £900 to get the head gasket fixed and i now need to get the boot door fixed as it is not working again. The man is a total rip off im surprised he is still in business, but im hoping someone can point me in the right direction on what i can do next to report this as its not fair on the people who are spending their good hard earned money on cars that are nothing like he describes in hes advertisements and are unreliable from the moment you get the car. Had to get new pump after 2 months using the warranty at Premier Car Sales and it still cost me 150 pound sold my old car saying the 1350000 was motor way miles lies and cambelt had been changed lies again,and put sticker on a crack on the boot peogeot 5008 10 plate.

Bought a car in August from Premier Car Sales. Guy was pleasant enough, set up is a tad unprofessional, front room of house with kids running around. Was ok. Questioned a light showing bulb needed replacing assured me was just the sensor and car had literally sailed through mot day before with no advisories. Got home and realised few days later rear parking sensors didnt work, 3 bulbs needed replacing, handbrake was totally unfunctional and rear break pads and discs were almost non existant. Tried to get in touch and was told to go theough warranty. Warranty refused to cover and then guy totally blanks calls and messages. Really disappointed. Garage who repaired it (and charged me £500 fir priviledge) said no chance it would get through a legal mot with these issues esp handbrake and brake pads. Avoid if possoble if intent to buy make sure fully inspected as once youve paid this guy totally ignores any further communication. Even offered to accept ANY contribution rather than go down trading standards route and still ignored me!

I bought a car from Premier Car Sales in July 2018 when i first saw the car it only had a few months MOT so he offered to put 12 mths on it he was confident it would go through no problem . I noticed it was heavy to drive and used a lot of diesel when i took it to my mechanic he put it on the ramp straight away and noticed the handbrake was defective which is why it was heavy it was like driving with your foot on the brakes . Considering this had gone through an MOT we knew something wasn't right . So i called the garage who carried out the MOT and they seemed worried as they had passed a vehicle when it should have failed and they didn't deny it either . The dealer ( Premier car sales )who to begin with wouldn't answer his phone offered to get it sorted with his mechanic . This meant i couldn't use the car for a few days as his mechanic couldn't fit it in straight away . The dealer offered to cover taxi costs when i took the vehicle in to be fixed . He also said he would see me at the garage but apparently went to buy more vehicles from the car auctions . I was worried about driving the car tbh and even the mechanic said he should have arranged a tow truck just to be safe. The rude dealer even argued over mixing run flats an normal tyres on the same axle which isn't advisable . Eventually the car was done and the guy that fixed it did a great job . Now came claiming the taxi fares as agreed WOW no surprise he started with the excuses 1) his uncle passed away 2) he would pay it Monday which he didn't 3) Messaged him Tuesday he said its eid and he would pay it Thursday 4) Thursday afternoon i message him again as he still hasn't paid it in and he got nasty saying he might not pay as its a poxy amount and technically he had until midnight and told me to stop pestering him . Guess what he still hasn't paid i'm not loaded i look after my mother who is very poorly every penny is needed . So if you don't mind dodgy mot's and extremely rude salemen then this is your guy . This seller is not a dealer or a registered trade and sells as a sole trader. If you have any issues with the vehicle you purchase from them, then you will have real problems with it being genuinely fixed, and if push comes to shove you can kiss your money goodbye. All I can say is stay away and go elsewhere. Trust me it will be the best decision you make. £14,000 later and lesson learnt the hard way.
