I want to share our experience with you about Premier Cars Derby. We saw an electric MG and phoned to view it, we paid £99 holding fee as it wasn’t on our door step. We travelled 50 miles to view the car and had a timed appointment, however we were kept waiting and said the car wasn’t quite ready! we were eventually taken to the car in your spray shop where it was covered up in plastic and the front passenger door being sprayed.  Apparently there was a scratch and rather than put that on the ad or tell us when we phoned there was no mention. If they had told us I doubt we would have gone ahead. Emily suggested we go off to a local pub to wait while the paint drys, which we agreed to do, when we returned for a test drive the car was covered in dust inside which started ringing alarm bells. My husband mentioned about a noise and asked Emily if this was normal with an electric car as we have no experience of electric vehicles. We didn’t really get a reply to that question and when we asked about the history of the car we were told they had only had it 2 days and waiting for information to come through. The reassured us the car would look like new when we went to collect and and we were part exchanging ours so agreed to go ahead and paid £1,000 deposit. As it was late in the day we did the paperwork and wanted to start our long journey home. When we got home and started talking about it we felt we weren’t excited about the car like we should be, only nervous about the experience we had and the state we saw the car in. We desperately tried to convince ourselves that when we arrive to collect it we would see it differently, however after another sleepless night and unsure about the noise and the fact the tyres looked like they had done more than 15,000 miles we thought it would be best to cancel rather than being disappointed and another long journey. I had hoped as a good will gesture they would return the deposit along with the £99 holding fee. I wanted to give them the opportunity to do the right thing by the customer.  Not a chance once they had the £1,000 they weren’t going to part with it, I understand it’s a non refundable deposit, however seems very unfair. I wanted to share our experience so it doesn’t happen to anyone else, we have now used a local dealership which was a totally different experience and they had a range of cars at similar prices. They did offer to transfer the deposit onto another car but no way did I want to go ahead and have another bad experience. Hopefully by sharing our experience it will save others from the same thing.

I am driving my new car everyday for work and there have been no issues whatsoever so it is clear they look after their cars. They got me everything I needed and answered all my questions. They helped me set things up online so I could see all of the information I need although I need to sort out where the verification code goes as I always seem to miss it. Very good experience with these guys!

Everything was absolutely brilliant. The customer service was really good, I think it was a guy called Steve that looked after me but I aren't 100%, he was really good anyway and looked after me the whole time. He gave me the keys and let me take it for a spin which was ideal and the car is a really nice drive. They definitely left a good impression for me!

I never wanted a Mini, it was the last thing I was looking for but sometimes your heart just knows better. I have always been a Golf girl, it is all I have had all my life but my little Golf died on me and with me needing it for work I was in a bind. My brother helped me start looking for a new car as he knew I needed it fast. I wasn't sure on the Mini or it being a hybrid but I trusted his judgement and went with him to have a look at it. Jay looked after us and he answered all of my brothers questions while I had a look around the car. My brother took it on a test drive initially as I was a bit nervous but once it had quietened down Jay took me further down he road so that I could drive it where it was quieter and I was more confident. That test drive just sold it to me there and then, I fell in love with it! The whole process was so easy and they were so accommodating. I felt like I was talking to an old friend even though we had only just met. Then again, whenever I come to you guys I feel this way as it has always been a great experience. They just go above and beyond like offering to buy a new parcel shelf and floor mat if the ones it was pictured with couldn't be found. It makes all the difference for me and it is why I will always go back. My husband has even said he is thinking about getting a Mini next so I am sure you will see us soon. Just look out for us in my fully accessorised Mini with union jack merch everywhere 😂

After a thorough search online for a new car, I found a Vauxhall Corsa listed with PCS in Derby at a reasonable price that I was interested in finding out more information about. The initial interaction was a pleasant phone conversation with Raj, who was courteous and informative. His professionalism and friendly approach convinced me to visit their business location. Upon arrival, I was met by Raj, who had been expecting me. He made me a lovely cup of coffee and patiently went through all the details about the car with me. After going for a good test drive, I was extremely impressed so I decided to proceed with the purchase. My experience with PCS was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this seller to anyone in the market for a new set of wheels.

When looking for my next car, I started looking online and even though I live in Wolverhampton I decided to widen the search to further away so I could get the best options. Premier Car Supermarket Derby had the car I wanted at a really good price so I had a look at their reviews and they were all positive so the decision was made easy. I spoke to James on the phone to agree all of the terms and conditions and things and he was great, talking me through everything and checking I was happy before proceeding. After that, I was happy so I got the train up to Derby and James even picked me up from the station so I could go and collect my car. The car is such a nice drive too and I am very happy with it! The whole process was just great and I really felt like I got the luxury treatment.

I absolutely love my new car and with it being electric it is saving me so much money which is a winner. The whole process was very simple and the transaction went smoothly. I didn't really ask many questions because the salesman was forthcoming with all of the information so I didn't need to ask. I couldn't fault him at all, I definitely had the 5 star treatment from him. The only problem now is that I work abroad a lot so I don't get to drive it as much as I want to.

I have had a Mini convertible for years and really loved it but I decided I needed something a bit bigger. I decided to stick with a Mini though as they have been reliable for me in the past so I just wanted to upsize. I found one at Premier Car Supermarket but it was in Derby which is miles away from me so I wasn't sure whether to go for it. After having a look at their reviews though I saw they were all sound so I decided to go and have a look. They certainly lived up to their reviews, they delivered great service and answered all of my questions. They are so efficient and the car is perfect for the pottering about that I do in it. No complaints at all!

The guys were all so happy to help that I was left in no doubt they would get any problems sorted for me. I won't lie I was so excited when I came to collect my car that the whole thing is just a blur. I just wanted the keys and to get in it as soon as I could. What I do remember though is that they had everything ready for me and were very organised so it made the process really quick which I appreciated. I did take it back in for an oil leak to be fixed but they got it sorted for me. I just emailed them to organise taking it down which took a bit of time due to my availability but the way they handled it all filled me with confidence. When I did get it back to them they looked after me the whole time I was there giving me drinks and things so I still felt like I was getting that new car treatment even when I wasn't buying the car.

When my wife needed a new car for commuting to work I decided to take her to Premier Car Supermarket in Derby. They made us feel really welcome and had a coffee with us before we started having a look around. The service was just very good and it felt like we were getting that 5 star treatment! So far the car has been running well too and she is out in it everyday.
