Having looked around a few local dealerships, I decided to try my luck down at Premier Car Supermarket Derby, and I have to say I was kind of taken back by the sheer number of cars they had available and ready to go. I had already narrowed my overall choice down between a Fiesta and a Seat Leon, but in the end, the Seat Leon won out, mainly as I hadn't seen too many around. The Seat was exactly as I had seen it on the website, and the sales process was smooth and efficient. I found that I was in and out in no time, keys in hand and away I went. Overall, just a great experience, and I have already recommended you guys to friends and family.

My new Volkswagen T-Roc is great. I'm really enjoying driving it every chance I get, and the customer service I received in-store was exceptional. The overall customer experience was a straight 10/10.

I am getting along really well with my new Kia Picanto. Overall, I was very happy with the process, and the customer service provided was very helpful. The car is just ideal for me, but the best bit was being able to drive it away the same day. Based on the overall experience, I would give Premier Car Supermarket Cars Derby a solid 4 stars.

My engine blew up on my last car when I was on the motorway which was an absolute nightmare as I use my car for work travelling between Birmingham and Sheffield every day. The guys at Premier Car Supermarket in Derby got me sorted with a new car within a week as it is a decent car too, I love it! The process was all really quick and easy and there was no stress with it at all. When I went to pick it up the guys in the showroom were awesome and sat me down and gave me a coffee which was lovely. They just had a nice chat with me before we went out in the car. It was so friendly and relaxed which just made all the difference for me.

The guys at Premier Car Supermarket in Derby are so helpful. They even offered me a lift from the train station when I came to pick up my car which was a really nice touch. They were so accommodating throughout the whole process and just made it a really great experience. The car was true to the images and so far has been running really well - touch wood! Just what I was looking for.

I found Premier Car Supermarket on Autotrader as they had the right car for me at their Derby branch and it was a great price. The car was true to the photos they posted and has been running well since I bought it with just a bit of a whirring noise starting but the warranty covers it so it is booked in next week to get that all looked at which is great. Raj was really good and looked after me well. He was nothing like the traditional sales people you hear about and he wasn't pushy at all. It was just an overall 5* experience!

Before buying our new Grandland we did a lot of research on Autotrader putting in the criteria we wanted and checking the reviews. Premier Car Supermarket had 2 of the cars we wanted and they were the closest to us with being based in Derby. The sales team were nice and we had a test drive of the car which all went well. There was a huge dent on the roof but they were happy to keep it for an extra week to get it all sorted for me and even worked over the weekend so I could get it sooner as I had already bought a train ticket to come and collect it. It is taking some getting used to as the manual has the clutch pedal quite close to the panel which is great for my wife but not so much for me. Having said that, she hardly drives it and just has me chauffeuring her around all the time!

I live and travel between Birmingham and London often and have family that live near Derby so when I saw a car with Premier Car Supermarket - Derby on Autotrader it was a good excuse to tie in a visit to family along with getting a new car. I have been driving it a lot and there have been no issues at all. Carl at the dealership looked after me really well and just made the whole process really laid back and comfortable. He even helped me on the test drive as I had no idea where I was going 😂
