My husband picked up my new Seat Ibiza for me so I was just greeted by my new car on the drive when I got home from work which was lovely! I got all the perks of a new car with none of the hassle! There were a couple of issues but Mark at Premier Car Supermarket is dealing with them and has been absolutely amazing and has got me a really good resolution for them!

I was looking for a car that was a bit bigger when I saw the Mini Countryman online which is bigger than I have had previously. Premier Car Supermarket had the newer model in my budget and they were recommended to me by a third party who said they were really good and were vetted and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. I had a really good experience and am really happy with my Countryman, it is so handy!

All perfect, no issues so far! The service was spot on can’t fault anything. I was seen straight away, no complaints from me. Definitely 5* service.

We had a Ford C Max previously as my wife hadn't been driving long but as our family is growing (especially my son - I wish he would slow down haha) we decided to get a bigger family car. The Ford Kuga was ideal for what we wanted so we had a look online and saw Premier Car Supermarket. We gave their Derby branch a ring to see what Kugas they had in and to arrange to go see them. When we got there the 2 Kugas they had were parked up next to each other for us to have a look at which was a really nice touch! Junaid was great, he answered any questions we had and wasn't pushy at all. He just did the checks and gave us the keys to have a good look at them and take them for a test drive. We loved it and took it away and it has been so much better for the long journeys we do visiting family and is just much more comfortable for us all.

I had great service at Premier Car Supermarket and it made it just a really pleasant experience. Only thing none of us noticed was there was 1 tyre that was a different size, we only spotted it after we had driven 100 miles home 🤦‍♂️. The guys were really good though and sent us the money to get it changed! Would use them again if I was looking for another car.

When I was looking to part exchange my car I was looking to get the best deal. The guys at Premier Car Supermarket in Derby gave me such a good deal I thought they were joking. They offered me above what I was expecting even though they could definitely have haggled it down if they wanted. They had the cheapest GLA which is what I wanted too so it felt like a steal! It was all dealt with quickly and they explained everything really well!

Premier Car Supermarket Derby had just what I wanted so I headed straight there and took it away the same day. It is running great and the service was top notch!

The car was very true to the pictures that were posted which was great to see and it is running well so far - well it hasn't blown up yet anyway 😂.
