Great experience at Premier car supermarket Derby,salesman Kyle Thomas was brilliant, no hard sales push,took my old car in part exchange no problem .would definitely recommend. ,and look here again in the future.

Alex was rude un approachable. Didn’t feel comfortable asking him questions. Didn’t come across helpful. Loved the car and price but will not be buying because of service

All of my transaction was done online, due to covid 19. I had physically, not seen the car, only photo's on the website and additional ones the sales staff provided.
Car was delivered to my house. Had some initial issues, brake light not working and a slight scratch.. All this was resolved and I'm more than happy with the car. Big thank you to Nigel for providing an excellent service.
I would recommend pcs Derby.

Got a great price on a BMW 3 series, Was seen by Josh who was knowledgeable Etc. However on collection car only had one key and two major recalls by BMW that were not dealt with prior to me collecting the car. I would buy from PCM again as the cars are great value - just don’t expect the checks attention to detail or customer care / love you would receive from a dealership or major car supermarket :)

Raj was very helpful and polite and friendly. We were very happy with his and the service of Premier Car Supermarket.
Would recommend this to friends and relatives. even though it is approx 2 hours drive from us, it was worth it.

In my opinion, ..... their own vehicle inspection is nothing more than a box ticking exercise and adds no value. The salesman response when you find issue with your purchase is "I would have checked the vehicle more carefully". I do not trust and cannot recommend PCS in any way. I suggest anyone considering buying a car from PCS should be extremely cautious and assume the vehicle has underlying issues.
