I phoned the sales office and one of the sales manager didn’t have the time for me to answer my questions about a particular car, but I phoned again and straight away Wonderful Allan picked up my phone call and her did took time to answer all my questions and even want beyond and I told Allan I wanted to come and look at the car. After looking at car I promised to buy it and Allan arranged my finances for me and all other stuffs I needed. Allan is a starr and has all the sales qualities and patience to handle issues. Allan thanks very much for your help and support. Because Allan’s sales comprehensive qualities my queen also wants to buy her car from premier Car Supermarket at Kettering . I went to the Kettering Branch to buy my first car and reserved the car with Josh and arranged a viewing for only a few days later. I went to view the car, Josh was amazing not pushy at all just stood back while we had a good look around the car. He was full of info for any questions we had and after arranging finance I went back the following week to collect my new car. It was a very quick turn around and the car was ready for me to take home. Would 100% recommend and the price was so much cheaper than main dealers for a fraction of the price!

I organised a visit to the dealership for my wife as she was looking for a Ford Eco Sport. When we got there it was all really simple, the service was great and we have no complaints at all. The air con needed topping up with all the nice weather we have been having but the guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering got that all sorted for us. I had been looking at getting a Vauxhall Crossland for a while but wanted something that stood out more. There was a burnt orange/red colour available at Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering which was a bit different and you don't see often so it really caught my eye and was very different to what I had before. I went down to have a look at it and took it for a test drive and it was really straightforward. I knew I wanted the car so the guys were laid back and let me drive the sale and ask any questions I needed. I got everything sorted so I could pick it up a few days later. Can't fault the overall process.

The guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering are all very knowledgeable about the cars they have and are super polite and just make the whole process very easy. There was a bit of confusion as I had seen 2 Fiestas online and when we got there they weren't sure if they were still available or if they had been sold. One guy went to check for us but got collared by another customer so we went to a different sales guy who got it all sorted for us. We did get an engine warning light when we were driving home but the aftercare team were amazing and were keen to get it resolved quickly for us and I have to say, it has been perfect since!

We found Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering completely by accident as we were heading to another dealership but went the wrong way so when we saw it we just thought we would stop and have a look. After having a look around we found a Kia Sportage which had a good price that was within our budget and came with a 7 year warranty which we thought was really good. The car is very good and we are really happy with it. The price was slightly different on the forecourt to what we paid but we were so happy with the car we took it anyway!
