I am writing to express my dissatisfaction on the way this dealership handled the whole process of trying to sell a vehicle. I paid £99 reservation fee to veiw the car. Upon my arrival 1 day later I found the car was not cleaned or vacuumed. A passing comment from the Sales personnel named Allen put it down to a lack of staff. Following me highlighting some scratches he offered to take it around to the garage and polish these out. He returned with them polished out and. pushed for me to place a deposit on the car which I was not in a position to do considering my son had not seen the car we were planning to buy for him. With some reluctance the sales person accepted I schedule a veiwing 2 days later so then I can be accompanied by my son to make a decision. Following the whole experience to date we chose to cancel our rescheduled veiwing and requested a refund of our £99 reservation fee. After 2 weeks of not receiving a refund we were advised the fee will not be credited considering the sales personnel took the reservation fee as a desposit on the car after my first visit. At no point did I agree this payment was to be taken as a deposit. This appears to be their defence of not returning the reservation fee. Please me mindful when offering to put down a reservation fee with this organisation!! To not receive the refund is not going to break the bank but it is the principle. I have raised the query with my Credit Card bank and they have reassured me they will recovery the money on the basis it is not an approved transaction.

Hello,
You scheduled an appointment with your son to view on the Saturday, which you never turned up to and only emailed to say you wouldn’t be there on the day of said appointment. If you were reluctant to schedule in the first place then you had time to notify us prior to the day of the appointment, common courtesy. The £99 wasn’t refunded due to the time the vehicle was kept of sale, re-advertising costs and valeting costs (valeting prior to your scheduled appointment to only have to re-valet when the next customer buys). The £99 reservation fee is only supposed to be held until a customer views the vehicle, once this is happened the deal is either cancelled or a deposit is made, in this case you agreed to Allan you would come down Saturday to show your son the vehicle you wanted to purchase.
I do not understand why you say you chose to cancel off the basis of the whole experience to date. Allan greeted you, took the car around to the body shop to get the marks polished out. If it was due to the car not being valeted prior, like Allan said we were short staffed that day and you had only place the £99 deposit the day prior so unfortunately we were unable to fit it in.

We saw a car that we were very interested in but although a great car it was unfortunately not suitable for us. However Allan (with his tape measure) spent a long time with us discussing different cars & was extremely helpful. A very nice experience. We would recommend this dealership.

I phoned the sales office and one of the sales manager didn’t have the time for me to answer my questions about a particular car, but I phoned again and straight away Wonderful Allan picked up my phone call and her did took time to answer all my questions and even want beyond and I told Allan I wanted to come and look at the car. After looking at car I promised to buy it and Allan arranged my finances for me and all other stuffs I needed. Allan is a starr and has all the sales qualities and patience to handle issues. Allan thanks very much for your help and support. Because Allan’s sales comprehensive qualities my queen also wants to buy her car from premier Car Supermarket at Kettering .

I went to the Kettering Branch to buy my first car and reserved the car with Josh and arranged a viewing for only a few days later. I went to view the car, Josh was amazing not pushy at all just stood back while we had a good look around the car. He was full of info for any questions we had and after arranging finance I went back the following week to collect my new car. It was a very quick turn around and the car was ready for me to take home. Would 100% recommend and the price was so much cheaper than main dealers for a fraction of the price!

I organised a visit to the dealership for my wife as she was looking for a Ford Eco Sport. When we got there it was all really simple, the service was great and we have no complaints at all. I had been looking at getting a Vauxhall Crossland for a while but wanted something that stood out more. There was a burnt orange/red colour available at Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering which was a bit different and you don't see often so it really caught my eye and was very different to what I had before. I went down to have a look at it and took it for a test drive and it was really straightforward. I knew I wanted the car so the guys were laid back and let me drive the sale and ask any questions I needed. I got everything sorted so I could pick it up a few days later. Can't fault the overall process.

The guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Kettering are all very knowledgeable about the cars they have and are super polite and just make the whole process very easy. There was a bit of confusion as I had seen 2 Fiestas online and when we got there they weren't sure if they were still available or if they had been sold. One guy went to check for us but got collared by another customer so we went to a different sales guy who got it all sorted for us. We did get an engine warning light when we were driving home but the aftercare team were amazing and were keen to get it resolved quickly for us and I have to say, it has been perfect since!
